Why change a good app just to play a video of what is currently showing on the TV. Common courtesy would provide an option that prevent the video tofrom playing automatically. I will be uninstalling this the app immediately!

Used to like this app. Now the latest version autoplays video. Only has option to turn off unless on WiFi. Needs option to turn off all autoplay. Uninstalling until that's fixed.

I have an issue with this app because it tells me one thing and when I check on the computer it's a different story. Can my account please sync because I don't know which one is true or not! I check the app and the message states that there's something wrong with the package I ordered. Then I check on my computer and there's no problem, so which one is it?!?!

Their customer service are rude and rather than listen to problems are more eager to just refund rather than fix the issue. The communication sucks. Bought a $3,000 TV with wall mount they took my first easy pay of 600 ship the wall mount and then 10 days later told me they weren't going to sell me the TV. That is b*******

I LOVE QVC you usually have the BEST DEALS & PRICES. The only complaint I have is with the shipping & handling prices, sometimes they cause me & many others not to order items we would LOVE to purchase. If u can work on this problem I know that you would increase sales by ALOT! Many people from my Church of 7000 plus have the same complaint. Thankyou for your time & Many Blessings to you all!

This app NEEDS a REBOOT!IT NEVER GETS BETTER. JUST FAILS IN DIFFERENT WAYS! OMG, CANNOT Access Order Status or View All Orders & trying to view AutoDelivery Orders frequently results in error messages or the system is unavailable at this time glitches. Plus, I've even tried uninstalling & reinstalling this app, rebooting my phone & closing current open tabs/pages & nothing resolves itself. PLEASE FIX THIS APP'S SERIOUS ISSUES!

This app no longer let's you check your account. Once you sign in, will not let you check status of any orders, old or new. Called about a month ago. Told I had to reset password. All said and done, it still does not work!!! Will stop ordering from qvc...sorry, but customer service should be number 1 with any app I install. Will be uninstalled SOON, if no fixes.
