Quran for Android

Needs some improvements, please add TAJWEED coloring option. And add bookmarks sync so one can add bookmarks in a device and it will be synced to all other devices. Also the Tafseer needs to have a scrolling bar indicator, the Tafseer needs also to show the Ayah in the upper area because it covers the bottom area of the page. The page number, the Juz' number and Surah's Name should be a bit bigger. And please make the book marks categories have the ability to be colored differently. Please add Sheikh NABEEL AL-RIFA'E recitation. Thanks

This is an updated review: I've been using this app for a while and it has been a blessing. One thing I think that may improve the app is to integrate play speed. I would like to be able to slow down some of the recitations so I can catch the tajweed easier. Thank you.

Thanks to keep up the good work crafting the best Quran I have for years. Please add a small feature for annotations like we can draw freehand brush in page for hifz. I use this app to help me memorize Quran very often and sometimes I need to have annotations to correct my murajaah. There's an open source project for this feature in github as I remember, may you can fulfill it. Barakallah, jaza kallah khairan.

Love the app, however I have a suggestion. My mom can't read Arabic properly as it's too small for her, it would be great if you add the option to increase Arabic text size. We can increase translation size but not the Arabic text size.

Why it's always ask download file even I have downloaded it before. Please give me an answer and try to fix this please. It's disturbing me

It used to be better but its really hard to tell what Ayat I'm in. Pls go back to highlighting thr letters and not the whole block. It's impossible to tell what ayat it is on in nightmode

Every time I open the app ask to download files of 73.87 mb.I don't know where the problem is. It's very very annoying . I hope You find a solution for this issue.

Would be nice if the translations of the ayahs changed along with the ayahs. This would avoid confusion to a great deal. Also, the app does not play the Quran without wifi even after I have downloaded all the recites of surahs, disappointing.

1. Make it able to copy part of translation, because when you copy a translation of aya it copies the whole translation of aya. This brings difficulty for translations having a lot of words e.g. Arabic Tabari Tafseer 2. Solve the issue of network because even if the network is strong it still have weak network on downloading files.

Es-Selamu alejkum After last update I have problem. From surah 1-79 there is bismillah in start. Surah 80 and after are without bismillah in start of reciting surah. Now surah are connected in recitation becouse there is no bismillah to separate end one surah from start of another surah. Yasser Ad Dussary (gapless)

Need coloured signs, for tajweed rules. And the audio files for surat al nabaa (first surah in the last chapter) need to be updated because they are not clear and good.

Brilliant app hands down best app for reciters of Quran reciting from uthmanic script. One extra feature I'd like to see though is to be able to speed up the recitation a bit or slow it down a bit. That way you can still listen to your favorite reciters at your own pace. Another addition I'd like to see is that I'd like 3 or 4 different colors to bookmark an ayah with. As you not always bookmarking an ayah for the same reason. May Allah grant you abundant reward for your great work and unite all Muslims to follow the Quran and implement it in our daily lives

Assalamualaikum Please check the translation of indonesian version, in Surah Al Alaq 96 : Verse 11. In the translation written "bagaimana pendapatmu jika orang yang melarang itu berada di atas kebenaran,". I check with my Quran (book, not application) and compere with tafsir Jalalain, i think there is a mistake. The translation should be written as : "bagaimana pendapatmu jika orang yang dilarang itu berada di atas kebenaran" Because, the meaning of the translation ('melarang' and 'dilarang') being switched between object and subject. With respect, please check it, end give me feedback for my complain. I hope, this is not intentional mistake. Thanks...

It often disturb. Required file is downloaded too many times but again and again asked to do so. Translation downloaded few times but it also asked to do again. It is not possible and is irritating, downding the files two or three times in a day. Plz fixed it. It is a most helpfull without above problems.

This app has benefits. It helps us to read the Quran anywhere. This shows that there is no reason why a Muslim does not read al-Quran except those who in a condition which don't allow their to read. It lies in the efforts of a Muslim to do so. Hope the application improves and continues to contribute this good thing to the people. Good job.

Kindly check the verse no :156 in soorah Al A'raaf ( chapter : 7 ) . In its Tamil Translation ( John Trust ) , there is a mistake.قال عذابي اصيب به من أشاء ???? for this part of that Aayah, there's no translation. Kindly correct it.

Jazaa'akum Allah khayran. I like this app very much, but the Arabic font is way too small to read without glasses for me. In certain situations I would like to be able to read the quran without glasses, though. So please, make it possible to enlarge the Arabic font and I'll be glad to give the app five stars.

Jazakum Allah khairan. Alhamdulillah, after the 29th October update, the "SEARCH" feature returns ALL occurrences of the searched Word AFTER pressing the "search" icon. A little bug still exists; the instant search (immediate search that display results in a smaller window immediately after typing the third letter of a word) still returns only the first 25 occurrences of a Word - if exist - BEFORE pressing the "search" icon. Anyway, thank you very much for fixing this important feature. I really like it.

I reallly really love this app, Thank you so much, may God reward you with all the kindness. Slight problem, idk if it's my phone's fault, or the app's, but the player at times just freezes, i had to pause and tap play again in order to make it play again. Or it would take hours for it to play on its own. Wierd.. hmm....

Without a doubt, the best Qur'an app for Android but if text of Quran pages could go right to borders so no wasted blank area & fonts will be largest possible size. Jazakallahkhair

Although I have given this app a bad review in the past, anytime and every time I get a new Android phone, I have to download this app - this is my go-to Qur'an app !

I am using this app since a couple of years, it's the best one for me to read and understand Quran. Please add Urdu translation of Maulana Fateh Muhammad Jalandhari. It's the most favourite of Pakistani people

Using since Long time and Loved it a lot. Should be some improvements like Auto sync. of Tags and Bookmarks, Addition of Tafsir Ahsanul Bayan, Besides Tags option there should be Comment option also as there may be some information about the ayah which I want to keep saved... Please Add these features Allah will Reward You In Dunya and HereAfter.

Unfortunately translation is useless ; It could be much better and also file manager is aweful. Anyway thank you so much . God bless you

Jazakumullahu khayran. I've been having problems with the search option, it shows the correct Ayah but once I click on it, it will open another Ayah from another Surah. Pls I would really appreciate it if this can be promptly fixed.

Before the last update I was able to use application in offline mode after the update not able I have to connect to nat every time I use application, kindly return this feature back why I obliged to download every page every time I read it

This is - without exaggeration- my favourite app on the Play store; its simple to use and does more than most other Quran apps (translations, tafaseer, gapless recitations). May Allah reward the developers of this app for all the benifit people gain from it, Ameen.

Masha Allah. . Great app^^ Can the developers work on full SD card support. When the surahs are downloaded they get stor3d on the internal storage. :( I'm sure this can be resolved with minor patch! ^^ jazakumullahkhayr!

I love this app. There are many reasons but one of the most important fact is that it gets update with every new version of Android. I would love to see Google chrome cast enabled, so I could cast the audio to my Google home/mini.

Salam Dear can you add more English and Urdu translations from other free open source software like Easy quran wa hadeeth which has more then 50 translations    please add atleast all English translations from it which can b cioied easily  Thank you

Alhamdullillah a great app. the customizable ayat selection has helped in memorizing few ayat at a time. colour coded tajweed rules would be most beneficial on top of this already great layout. but for some reason I can't play some surahs eg al kafiroon n al Nasr. other than that jazakallah khair.

This is very good application. I use this Application for day to day for routine reading Alquran.. It would be better to add the list of murotal of SYEIKH SHALAH BUKHOTIR voice. He have a verygood voice as other Syeikh as well.

Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu, JazakAllah for the awesome app. Please add narration of Urdu translation by Muhammad Junagarhi(or any other Urdu translation). Also add the feature for alternatively playing Arabic and translated audio(atleast English). Add feature for automatically playing next page audio for non-gapless Qaris(when the page ends the playback also ends).

This app used to be the best for years..but lately the new updates hav not been great. After last update my SEARCH BAR does not work properly. Always ask me to download additional files equating to approx 100mb EVRYTIME i want to search ???? And to me, i consider the search option one of THE BEST features of this app..Pls fix Asap. There is no way to transfer the app's settings like tags and bookmarks if we change the phone and download the app on the other phone. Tagging and bookmarking is something that has been done over a period of time and we should not lose these if we change the phone. A lot of work and times has gone into it so there should be an option to transfer all these settings to another phone. Specially when one is studying quran in depth then tagging is something that is used extensively and the app basically becomes one's study guide Please work on providing this option. Other than the point mentioned above, the app is mash'Allah great. Jazakum Allahu Khairan

Overall, Good application. May Allah SWT bless you people for this ideology which is helpful to alot in so many ways. Reporting one miss synchronisation. While playing a surah with previous surah left over in a page, 1. It will start reciting/playing from the starting of the page and will stop at the end of that surah. 2. The other surah is not being played. Its a small sync issue, rectify.

The app does NOT have Surah no. 40 Surat AL Mumin and Surah no. 41 Surat AL Ha- Mim As-Sajdah! In Juz 24!!!! AT All!! Pls check. On further inspection. ..I have found that the Surah names have been changed!! Pls correct it..it is misleading. Otherwise everything is fine Isha Allah.
