Grocery Shopping,Coupon Wallet

I was browsing the app & refreshed many times, but found not a single offer. When I logged out & reinstalled the app, I'm not getting SMS to get verified & login to my account where I've saved my money.

Pathetic app and platform now with no cash backs.. Only false promises from their customer care. Would like to mark this as "spam and scam app" if Google allows.

Discounts for shopping made 3 weeks before is yet to be credited.

Hi Till date 15% cash back amounting Rs 1046 for my Spencer purchase of Rs7045has not been credited in my wallet.This is really disappointing.

I received the msg of cashback but not got it in my wallet, even after registering complaints for more than 3 times (by message & phone calls).

There is no new offer or promo code since 6 month offer not so good try to give interesting offer

Purchase transactions more than 2 month ago and still no cashback in Citrus. Started the Citrus thing out of nowhere and previous transactions are simply ignored? Raised a complaint long back and no updates. Pathetic....

Although the concept is good, but Limited products and added time taken at checkout. Should be integrated with Spencer card scheme if to be used for the spencers only.

The idea is utter crap & sink of ur time. Add item the cart & Quopn has no idea of available stock at nearby store. You go to the nearby store & make a fool of yourself. That in essence is the user exp app is offering. Ooh & the local store kios billing is a mess.

Really a nice app. We are getting good deals and cash back on various products

I am unable to change my pin.the otp sent is being noted as incorrect by the app.pls try to rectify this problem.

There is no option for citrus wallet login and when I click on activate it says email id already in use. Obviously its in use and so I should be given an option to login. I won't create a new account for Quopn wallet.
