Quikr Free Local Classifieds

I paid for a graphics card via doorstep offer. I directly contacted the seller and he told that they didn't pick it up from him for first 15 days so he sold it to someone else and quikr said me that the person was not available. I don't know what happened but I have neither received the product nor got my money back since 31st march 2017. Quikr says they have transferred the amount but my account has not been credited with any amount. I contacted the bank but they haven't got any payment yet

1)The app doesn't understand the difference between acoustic guitar, electric guitar and a guitar processor. 2)There is no such category as 'musical instruments ', if there is I couldn't find it. 3)There is no way to give feedback in the app. It may be bugs, but I tried selecting 'feedback' and nothing happened. I have nothing against quicker but it's been a long time and these issues have not been fixed yet (especially #1 & #2). Come on quicker.., you can do better than that.

Its been 9 days i am struggling with one of my product delivery...and still i haven't recieved it yet..as these guys says " seller se contact nahi ho pa raha" and when i contact seller she says..they give excuse to her stating that " manpower nahi h...traffic h...gadi kharab h" ....my funds are stuck with them and they dont care about it... And i dont know whom they escalate it..as i dont even receive an mail copy... pathetic service and management.

Photos are not uploaded properly. Only one photo is uploaded every time I select multiple photos. Also, the notifications show up even when I see them until I mark all as read. Chat is really poor and annoying. olx chats are way better.

Door steps most fake service Have scheduled deliver of a product by 8 pm the deliver person called me at 5 pm for delivery just coz he could club 2 deliver and on my refusal to take deliver at 5 pm was in office he abandoned it in front of my door with some major damage to the table. Lodged customer care no help no resolution quikr sucks

My experience with quicker is good. There is problem with their delivery schedule but i think to reduce transportation cost they club multiple pickups n delivery.. apart from schedule every thing is good. They pack n handle stuff well. Nice..

I had the worst expierence with quikr doorstep ..even after requesting for a extra manpower they dint provide for it and dey deducted money for the same .. Also the delivery people were rude and the pick up was not done on the scheduled date and time do not use it

Very poor service, request everyone not to hire quilt services, even there customer service in unprofessional and they hardly help u. U will be harassed by these guys, also there doorstep service is pathetic, it is a outsourced and they hv no control over it.

Ads used to discard even aftr posting again on app for rent.... Comparatively bad feedback by me...bakwas service....

Overall good ,but some problem with entering texts in discribtion box...... sometimes not all texts are not appearing when we view the add after publishing it......

Nice app .within short period of registration I have got some calls from recruiter..and the authority should make sure that no bribery and currupt practice happen.thank u somuch
