was desperately looking for a good housekeeping staff for my parents at kammanhalli bangalore. got 5 agencies from quickr. 1 of them visited and it clicked. will update later about hiw it has gone. butbfor now, its indeed quicker !! update: the maid needs to be managed by the gency else does chi chi cha cha...anyway still a good enough option

Poor co.ordination. quikr rely on 3rd party for services n thy donot respond even. I had terrible experience with quikr customer service call as well as no response from the carpenter.. Irony path- quikr calls back with good tone to say we will check , give us some time bt no response. I have to call again and 3 times in time window of 1 hour.. my whole time is waste and they are not able to take decisions whether carpenter will come or not. I hate it and this is my 1st service. I still wonder why the name is quikr

I paid for quikr rto service almost 3months ago. The commitment was to get the service done in 2-3 weeks but once the payment was done. No one responds from quikr side. Till now am waiting. Calling and mailing customer care wont help you as they do not respond properly. They will never get back to you with status as they always say on calls. Worst ever service taken till date. Won't suggest anybody to pay for any service to quikr.

It's ironical that just 4 days after doing a full car service here my car broke down right in the middle of the road. What do you guys check, now I am wondering if you guys at all did a proper check or all those promise were just for show.

Name is Quikr but takes along time to deliver products. N no matter how many mails u sent or call them they won't solve ur query I have complaining daily but I haven't got solution yet

Giving it 1 star because it is available in small cities such as Gurgaon, Thane, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and has ignored the biggest city in UP Kanpur which is North India's second largest city. Shame!

I used their laundry services, my clothing got missing. I tried to report it to support team and had a terrible experience. I will recommend not to use services from here.

It won't show any selection menu for selecting City, other fields are ok. Please check and correct

Fix charge of 199 plus service charge... Still no one would appear on time... Bad service

I booked carpenter service. The carpenter arrived at my home on time. But the price quoted was sky high and when I told that it is high and I don't need the service. He demanded for visiting charges. This was not mentioned any where . As per Quickr services , the information was for general carpentry but no information for visiting charges.If I don't agree with the quotations, do I need to pay visiting charge? I think , Quickr needs to re-think about it. Un-installing the app. Not useful.

I can see the status of my bookings now....don't know why this was not present from the get go

I had issues in the flush tank, when I called these guys and I was charged extra more than double for cleaning a washer and then the issue went worse as the water flow never worked.Now, the flush has 2 issues and i have to look for a local plumber.....

After booked the service with the agreement of costing....the technician told diff rates....for simple wall fixing of 17 inch monitior ( all materials with me) he asked 500 rupees....its diff from what customer care told to me...quikr will loose the customer if thry keep thease kind of technicians

Quikr is a fraud company. I deposited 3000rs in Quikr ICICI Bank account for 10 verified leads of interior decoration. But my pack didn't activate, I talked to vishal from quikr, deposit 9 th of December 2015, I m trying to contact but no responce from quikr. Fraud company fraud fraud fraud

I tried getting the guy to fix machine for 5 times and every time I got a call from quickr confirming it and then no one showed up. Total waste of time and money. Will not advise anyone to use it

Quick response .got exhausted calling local plumbers and reaching their demand's. But as I contacted quikr got it solved immediately,thank you quikr

Requested for a service thrice and first two times though the request was taken there is no response and third time though there is a response the service person never turned up . Very disappointed and uninstalling the app

A lot of usual needed services are present...the response has been reasonably good from the service providers and Quikr. Some work needs to be done of the design though.
