Sometimes cashback does not track. Also high street in-store options no longer viewable from within the app?

What happened to being able to manage your cards for in-store purchases?

The app is good for checking out offers but what lets quidco down is the fact that the companies are unreliable which lets down its customers. Just don't expect your cash back it's more a case of hoping for it.

Beware click bait notifications... Cashback not guaranteed alot of the time.

App doesn't have some features you'd expect - like detailed tracking of payments. Also the delay in payments tracking is such that I'm beginning to think it is a scam

Does not have the ability let me raise missing cash back requests. Had to go to the website. Uninstalled.

The shiny new app crashes as you login. Tried clearing the app data, got to to the login screen and still crashes after entering username and password.

The new update doesn't work crashes straight away.

The app does not open just crashes all time

Since this apps latest update, menus are slow to load, errors occur when trying to get paid via the app, links don't work properly and the app is a shoddy mess! It proves it is the app as the website is perfectly fine. Also, the app could improve by re-adding high street Cashback rates and showing coins (Silver, Gold) for retailers plus adding Click Snap into this app. Then Quidco would be the go to app of choice.

Why do i have to force the browser every time? I should be able to set and forget. Android is about freedom you should not enforce your own browser on people!

Was a great app but intrusive notifications with no means of opting out is a step far too far. Notifications are for my convenience not yours. Uninstalled.

High street offers don't seem to be in the latest version of the app, or if they are I can't find them. Why aren't they listed in the menu?

I've downloaded the app from play store and it's saying i cant log in and error even thou all my details are correct ?

App is super basic. It needs to have 'favourites' to both add to and navigate through.

Its basic app. Jus lets you see your activity and search.

It seems really basic since the update. It struggles to load and a lot of the features it had don't seem to be there or are hard to find such as Quidco high street.

The past two days my app hasn't loaded..just says "retry" I've even tried reinstalling the app to no avail..if someone could look into this, that would be great, until then I remain unimpressed by this app unfortunately
