This is the first cash back app ive used and have been waiting to do a cash out before writing a review. I cashed out straight into paypal which was good. The down side is it takes 4 days to set up where you want to cash out to then when you do cash out it takes a further 4 days. But you do get your money. You can get free items,the T&C's say only 1 purchase of the item in an offer period which is set by 2 dates. The only thing is the start date stays the same and the end date is extended. I purchased an item once and got it for free. I went to purchase it again after the original end date but with in the new expirey date and did not get it for free. So be mind ful and look at the dates.

When i sign in to this app, i get signed out of the quidco app. It would be better if both apps were one entity but thats not a deal breaker... it would also be good if a reciept upload was listed or shown as pending (or acknowledged) as soon as it has been uploaded, i did recieve the uploaded confirmation box but theres nothing after that to view it.

Since the recent app update I get taken back to the main offer screen whenever I try to upload a receipt photo before my claim is processed. Really annoyed. PLEASE FIX

Been a long time Quidco user but just downloaded this app and can't login. Worthless. Time to see if there's a Top Cashback equivalent I suppose.

Whenever I try to upload the receipt, it says successful but then there's no record at all. Doesn't work

Shame about the repetitive items always seem to be the same. No longer able to upload photos of receipts. Disappointed so far

Love this sister app to the other. Freebies are great too. Has a lot of items I buy anyway and the cashback amount is great

Receipts say uploaded but nothing to show if it has or what's going on. Receipts not being processed makes the app pointless

Cannot upload receipt picture directly from Camara or fromstore pictures

Not sure why a separate app is needed. At least let us track the payout or merge with quidco... Also used offers still showing up. Potentially leading us to use an unavailable offer

I love this app, it's easy to use and the cashback is great. Who doesn't like freebies!!!!!

App downloaded but not working, no offers, can't log in/sign up. Even help screen blank.

Can't sign in, so it's useless.

The app will not allow me to log in anymore, I have reset passwords and cleared data but won't work, disappointed!

Latest update is full of bugs and laggy. It no longer shows your balance in my account, also bits of text are cropped off. And top top it off no smooth scrolling. The previous version was spot on, what a shame.

Used to be great but since the update none of my recipes are being recorded. Needs to be sorted as this renders the app useless!

Since the latest update I can not upload receipts. It is always crashing and I can not view my balance. It worked fine before and never had any problems. Please fix.

Crashes halfway through the receipt upload. Never had an issue with previous versions.

App now crashes if you try and take 3 photos - it closer and gives an error message when you reopen it! Also I agree with others no balance showing any more. This is not improved as I have never encountered these problems before

Since new update today it crashes on receipt upload. Needs fixing.

Needs to be stopped lost me a lot of money does not work getting it working or get rid other sites out there a lot better

Didn't give me all the cashback I qualified for and no way to get the rest. Considering Checkout Smart is the same company, it tracks so much better. Thought it would be easier to have the money paid into my Quidco account but will be keeping the 2 different ones now. Load of rubbish really

I have used the app for about six months with no problems, I have uninstalled and 're- enstalled as the app is not giving me the amount that I am ment to get, for every receipt that I upload I get 1p no matter what I have purchased. I have now missed out on quite a bit of money. Not happy with the app. I am thinking of joining some of the other one mention by other users. Please sort out :-)

CONS: Doesn't seem to work properly on my old Galaxy S2, you can't track receipt submissions from within the app, only on the website and even then only /after/ it's been approved and the lack of built-in camera app puts it behind the competition. PROS: The offers are sometimes more generous than from competing apps and there is no minimum withdrawal amount.

Takes days to review receipt and will not pay if uploaded receipt to Checkout Smart. Would suggest to use Checkout Smart instead. Too many repeats of offers and items offered are getting worse.

A recent offer had FREE flavoured water at a well known supermarket. After several visits over 3 weeks, I wanted to try the water but they didn't have the product in-store. I checked online and the supermarket website said it no longer stocked the product. Yet, the so-called FREE water offer remained on Clicksnap for weeks after.

Ease to upload receipts & claim your cash back. Easier than doing it via laptop. Always tracks within 48 hours and any issues or missed items are sorted ASAP either via the website or via social media. But problems have only happened once or twice.

Used this for a while. Now camera facility has suddenly stopped working meaning can not submit receipts. Have reinstalled couple of times but nothing changes. Is useless now. Good job CheckoutSmart works properly.

This used to be a good app, but has got progressively worse and unreliable. My last three purchases haven't tracked. Don't buy anything that you didn't plan to buy on the strength of this app.

I have only recently started using his app and it is very good. The only problem however, is the the offers do not change very often. If you only use when you have items then ok but if the offers are not for you then you'd struggle.

Think of it like a game and I you won't mind it... money better in my pocket than their's for very little effort. Very easy app to use takes seconds to look and seconds to upload!!! Just got to remember not to throw the receipt away.

Having been a quidco user for several years I was excited about this app. I use several other apps similar to this so I would consider myself a bit of a pro. At first all seemed well, went out purchased a couple of items I was interested in trying. The process seemed easy the camera upload seemed basic compared to other apps inc sister apps? So upload and wait and wait some more. Log into quidco a couple days later to be informed the reciept was declined (no email notification) due to receipt folded, which it wasnt as I use these apps frequently so know better. Resubmit reciept (which luckily I kept) wait,wait turn computer on again to log into quidco yes DECLINED this time apparantly no date on reciept...theres a date on the top, one on my card transaction which was cancelled (wrong pin)then reapplied so another on 2nd card transaction and then a date on the bottom of the reciept. So 4 dates on reciept..now I never did get that £££ of cashback and fustratingly havent yet managed to get any cashback through this app despite numerous attempts. Its Sister companyhowever instant processing, cashback registered within a couple of hrs and an email to contact fantastic !!

Receipts are quick to be recognised but payment is slow. Shopitize is the BEST but handy to use both! Quidco, ClickSnap and Checkout Smart are all part of the same Business, so you can only claim once but whereas Checkout Smart was better than ClickSnap, since the last update Checkout Smart is pretty unusable as the app force closes and or freezes most of the time! There needs to be a whole lot more choice on ClickSnap instead of Alcohol and Dog Food??? 3/5 = must try harder.

Has never failed me and though alot of the time the offers aren't for me, it's a great app..recommend

Good app. Works well and easy to use. The biggest drawback is that the items stay on offer too long. Sometimes up to 6 weeks. Needs a good variety of products and new products more frequently

I probably find an item I can use about once a month, there were 4 free items from Morrisons but they only stocked one of them
