It would never let me download whether I was on Wi-Fi or LTE network. I might give it a better review, if I was able to use it. I would give it zero starts if I could. Very disappointed.

Downloaded the latest information in 45 seconds, the app crashed 60 seconds later. I didn't stick around after that, an emergency app which can't even stay open for 2 minutes has no place in my preparedness toolbox. I'll just use other apps.

Get these alerts fixed. I'm getting them every few minutes for the same storm. You'll have the "boy who cried wolf" syndrome. I'm just ignoring alerts now.

I have an HTC One and the app works great! Fully downloaded on WiFi in about 1 minute. Sorry to hear others haven't been able to use this app. It's very user friendly and helpful.
