Rogers Anyplace TV

No matter what channel i watch or how many uninstalls and reinstalls i do this thing will not play the programs in normal sound and speed. Audio sounds like chipmunks talking and its in fast forward. (Note Pro Tab) yet on my Note 4 phone it works fine.......???

I've been watching my baseball games from this app since I had my phone and now it says I do not have an account... I registered "AGAIN" my accounts and still says I dont have an account... upgrade's supposed to have a better app... maybe not for rogers... if I'm rogers management, I'll fire these app's programmers... do they even test the updated apps??? unhappy customer here... maybe bell will be better

This is the biggest piece of lie-ware I've ever seen. Nothing works, even after logging in properly. Completly useless. Get Bell, it's better in every way.

What a joke of an app and development team. If you can get this POS app to actually load or work then you may find out that if you've rooted your device, it simply will not stream. Then when asking for an explanation as to why, your told that rooting your Android device is illegal. I'm really glad I'm not the one paying Rogers & I will actively do everything in my power to get people to stop paying for your services. Educate your help staff and hire a new dev team.

I log into this app with my Rogers account and it doesn't work. It keeps saying I need to be a Rogers costumer (which I am). Once again Rogers puts out a sub par product

Spent 2 days trying to figure it out. Reinstalled 20x. Set up a my Rogers on website. Then login to app from on-demand website. It will then let you login to phones and tablets.

Worked on my nexus 5. Upgraded to ZenFone (uprooted) and loads but doesn't stream. I went through plenty of settings, but can't get it to work. A shame, it was great on my nexus.

Keeps telling me I need to be a Rogers TV customer to get some channels and I am a Rogers TV customer. So disappointing. Almost a year later and still the problem!!! Soooo poor I would give it 0 stars if I could. Horribly disappointing Rogers. What a disgrace.

This used to allow streaming from a Rogers PVR over the net but now without warning, only over a Rogers Internet connection...I.e when I'm home and can watch it on my TV. ..it's time to leave Rogers as they do not respect their customers and don't want our business. They are such greedy dinosaurs in a dying business.

Works fine for me... How do other people expect to watch TV when they are not even Rogers Cable customers.... why would Rogers just give you free TV... I dont think Rogers deserves these bad reviews tbh

The app is missing a bunch of channels offered on the regular browser like NBA TV and probably more. How can this be the official app when the reviews are awful .... Figure it out rogers

The updated APP crashed twice when I attempted to open it. Waiting for Rogers to fix for many months. I have been using another APP to do my TV stuff. I guess I will give up on ROGERS ever fixing it.

Completely useless app, wish I could uninstall permanently. Everything is locked unless you are a Rogers Cable TV customer. On top of that, what is the point of logging in with your Rogers account if it requires a 4g connection to verify your identity anyway.

Have never been able to log in. Server never available. Crap like all their other services

The people who designed this have no idea how people find the shows that they want to watch. The search was so much better before. For example, you are watching a NFL game and want to find what other games on are. You think that you can hit the info button for "More shows like this". It does not show a single other game. We used to be able to browse by theme. That would show the games. That is gone. So if I search for NFL. I get a list of FOLDERS! So the next step is to look in each folder one by one to see if what I want is in there? Really? It doesn't matter if you are using a phone, ipad or the remote. All of it does not return the results that you want. You have to find shows by scrolling through the list. The browser based TV viewing is horrible too. It shows a list of the channels. So in order to find out what is on, you need to click on the channel icon, wait for it to load and then, oops, no don't want that. Lets go back and click on something again. If Bell had been able to solve it's technical problems in getting Fibe to my house, I would not be here. Oh, and it crashes. A LOT!

No chromecast support? No android TV compatible version? Just ONE of these things would be greatly appreciated. The app is just barely usable, but I don't have a use for it other than on my android tv (obviously, with no cable box connected..)

Says it is working with Android 5.0 but ever since the lollipop update on my Note 4 I can't login. This is the same with the Anyplace TV Home Mobile app to control my pvr recordings and stuff. Rogers, you guys are lazy and incompetent! Even when this let me login in all your apps are unreliable crap but I was at least able to use them to some extent and now I can't. Get your act together!

Splash window starts but does not progress to log on. Works fine on my phone but not on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.

Used to work. Doesn't at all anymore. Just acts like it's loading a stream, but never starts streaming video.

Hire someone from Netflix to teach you how to produce a video playing app ... Crashed constantly ... Replays the same scene multiple times .... Does not remember where you are in a movie when it stops/crashes .... Garbage!!!!¡

I have been waiting over a week for new episodes to come on, checking every day and low and behold when something new finally is added it is only one out of three episodes. Absolute garbage, no wonder why your rating is only 2 stars, I would give it zero if it would let me!!

Channel selection is trash. App is also outdated and trash. It shouldn't be called Anyplace tv if I can only watch like 9 out of the 200 channels I subscribe to. Bell tv app is 100x better

Finally works with this Android release. The "app hasn't heard from you in awhile" feature is annoying and broken. It requires a restart every time it happens because it then gives you a "we're experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to complete your request" error.

I give rogers over $300 every month and this app says I need to be a rogers customer...so lucky the government protects you from the big US cable companies.

It's poop Rogers never fully tests anything senior leadership don't know squat and is always in a big rush to market and they don't properly train their agents to support their aps so everyone is in the dark. I feel for the folks that take the calls. Go easy on the agents. Rogers is rough place to work for.

Won't let me login since lollipop. Typical Rogers product, if it doesn't work properly it doesn't work at all.

MUST SETUP ON DESKTOP which links your My Rogers account to your On Demand. It works!!!

Every time I try to login I get an error even though I put the right info in. Seems to work fine on iPhone but not androids. Not happy!

There are two RAPTV Apps, tablet app won't work on Nexus 4. Had both installed and didn't notice. This App works with OS 5.0.1.

Says i don't have a rogers cabel or wireless account. Ive had wireless cable and internet services for 10 years with rogers. This app has never worked. Stick with Netflix ppl.

Works great for me on my S5 and my Tab3.

Can't even open the app. Msg tells me to download new version and it won't open the app.

How is it that five sportsnet channels are showing the same minor league hockey game but none are showing the Raptors game?

Live TV does not work

Installed new version and opened it and sayung install new version again. Even after uninstalling old one. Rogers u need to do a much better job of QA before releasing an app. I have Note 4.

Can't use, don't have cable, can't uninstall! Brutal Rogers, just brutal.
