Bell Mobile TV

Bell should be ashamed to put out this garbage! Ha ha ha what a joke plays for a second or two, freezes up plays freezes making it impossible to watch sports ( your idiots ). If it wasn't free I'd never in a million years pay for this crap. My bell TV package is $178.00 a month not counting the NHL and MLB and half what I pay for doesn't show up. Bull crap!!! If I could give NO stars I would. Bell should just pay someone to fix this app, you make millions off poor saps like me spend some of it to fix it!!!!

I am sick to death of Bell. I purchased my phone with 300min voice and 2.5g data a year ago. About 2 months ago My bill started showing extra charges. All they say is it's from incoming calls. Spoke to CSR about changing just my voice plan but they didnt put it through. it wasnt implimented until i called back again when i saw the bill for the next month. Not only that but they changed my data minutes to 2g without my permission. Dont get Bell. I never had these problems with Telus or Rogers.

Watching Bell TV did not just get better. Now I see they're blocking channels on this app along with them not working half the time. Why bell, why? No good reason. If I pay for it on my tv, I should be able to access it anywhere. This is so 1995.

I don't even use this app but I hate Bell so much after being sucked dry by them for over 20 years for home services. Bell is not even my carrier now so why is it on this phone? More f'n communist behaviour. Supposed to be a free country, ya right! Up yours Bell!

Can't use program without opening total phone to them. None of their business. Also use it for a few hours and they start charging you even though paying hundreds a month for phone. Nothing but bad words enter my head when I think of Bell.

I wanted to subscribe to fiber TV for a few news networks but was unpleasantly surprised that the alla cart services the CRT insisted you implement were just a big unattractive joke. Now I'm using my parents log in and watching for free. It's a shame because I would have paid for the service if it wasn't so exorbitantly over priced!

Pay big money every month for tv and this app may work half the time if lucky.. Tells me to sign in even though username and password are still there. Then gives me some b's excuse about Fibe tv. Don't have it...dont want it...customer service sucks as they have yet to fix problem. I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining.. Can you say monopoly.. They don't care as it's all about the money. A complete joke!

The app won't even open on my phone. When you click on the icon the bell screen comes up and just spins and never loads

EVERY DAY THIS APP INSTALLS ITSELF ON MY PHONE AND EVERY DAY I HAVE TO REMOVE IT. I DON'T WANT THIS CRAP ON MY PHONE! UPDATE. ...Twice a day this force downloads itself on my phone! F*** you!

Internet tv sucks anyway... Why can't we have a dtv service and little antennas on our phones like in south Korea and Japan? They've been doing it for almost 20 years!

Keep getting a message to disable "Alloy Mock Locations" (3710) I go to my developer settings and see that it is already disable. Please update your app to fix this issue.

I bet half the people who root their phones are doing it just to uninstall stuff like this. Bell, if you insist on putting your apps on our phones, at least have the decency to allow us to uninstall it if it doesn't work for us. You make me want to switch away from you, but I know the other providers will be just as bad. There are no "good" mobile providers, just different degrees of bad. You should lead the way and add value to your reputation by respecting your users' overwhelming requests for freedom. UPDATE: I upgraded to a phone without this garbage preinstalled, never been happier!

What I have problems with is that the channels are different on my satellite vs the app. I can't access some of my subscribed channels and other times I will be watching a game on TV and go to watch on my tablet only to be told it's blacked out in my area. ??? Makes no sense.

Error related to mock location is unfixable. Many users online have similar complaint however this has not been fixed for some time and renders the app completely useless. Very disappointed.

Starts playing a Bell owned station without asking me each time I open it, automatically eating up my allotted hours. TYPICAL SLEAZY BELL TACTICS. Also: Why is the volume level so low? I have a Bell Galaxy S5, which has a loud external speaker, yet I can barely hear the audio from the Mobile TV app, whereas other apps are fine.

Worst customer service ever. Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can go with a different company. I don't know one person who has positive things to say about you. There are much better apps for entertainment than this one

I pay for satellite and I can't see more than half my channels on this app while connected to my home network because I have an ISP other than Bell. Like I said bull... Also you need a mobile data from Bell to see anything when there's no WiFi around.. More bull.

Wont let me access anything. Keeps saying connection timed out when it clearly hasn't. Horrible.... Fix it

Just arrived from Ireland two weeks ago. Needed a phone ,called into bell that's where the fun started. First I got a ready to go phone that I can top up any time myself. Not knowing ,not only am I being charged for my call but I am charged for the people ringing me. What is that about. Thank God I don't know many people here. I have spent a fortune. Went to the other company 's their all the same. First impressions ( In it for the money)

I don't use my phone for watching tv that's what I have a TV at home for. I would rather just delete it completely off my phone but can't. So every day I have to uninstall the update that self installs overnight.

I have a plan for mobile TV. it's not working on my Galaxy S7 edge. It keep says that change location setting that Even there is no such thing in my phone's setting.

9/9/16 - Still broken. 4/12/16 - App starts then shows "please change your location in your phone to disable Allow mock locations (3710)" even though this setting is NOT enabled.

Used to work months ago now I get this message to disable mock locations which is not engaged in settings. I don't know why why are not fixing this issue, app is completely useless now.

After updating to android 6.0 I can no longer watch anything. The app wants me to disable allow mock locations which is not enabled.

Gives error about mock location that doesn't make sense. Everyone flag this app as inappropriate for trying to obtain location using bad code and unauthorized methods.

Since forever they haven't fixed the problem with the error "Disable Mock Location" which makes this app TOTALLY useless. There's no way to use this crapApp

This crap will not allow me to see most of the program Hot Property. Wants me to pay for a free program. What a scanner.

Worked good the first day I got the phone did some updates and now it say I must disable mock location blah blah blah... same problem as everyone else... get your act together bell I tried fixing this issue for over an hour... not to mentioned bell suspended my account before I even activated my phone (wtf?!?) And wouldn't reactivate it until I gave them my employer bank info previous addresses and made the guy at the kiosk take a pic of my licence and send it to them via email. Probably gonna sell my info

MOCK LOCATIONS!!!! this app works then all of a sudden it tells me to change mock locations!!!! it seems that i am not the only one having issues with this app!!!!

Playback stops so often it's unwatchable. Since I'm using a Bell APP to access my Bell TV on my Bell internet I'm going to go with the problem is with Bell.

Mock location error shows up but my phone doesn't even have this setting. Still broken weeks later. Unreal.

APP worked perfectly fine on my old Sony Z2 but never on my Samsung S7. Says to disable "allow mock locations" even though it is not on.

Intolerable. Perfect WiFi reception and continuous loading.
