Quickflix for Android
I won a free 2 month subscription and still find it disappointing, no way would i pay for this app.
My free trial redemption code wouldn't work. But after looking at what they offer, ide say don't even bother - with a rubbish selection and high user costs it's much better value for money over at Netflix . I don't know why anyone would bother with this!
Don't subscribe to quickflix. I can't watch a movie on my PC as the player kept freezing. I gave up and tried to watch it on Android but then the app crashed. What's the point?
Shockingly bad. Just tried it with a free trial and am uninstalling and unsubscribing after 10 minutes. Absolutely hopeless for Chromecast users. The movie went off every 2 minutes and the app disconnected. Impossible to watch a film. After the 3rd time in 5 minutes that it disconnected, I gave up. I have a stable fibre connection and have never had a problem casting before with any other app. Movies that are 10 years old are classed as premium. What a rip off. Worst movie streaming service I've ever come across. Don't waste your time, even if it's free.
Terrible website to navigate. Got "2 week free trial" and app kept referring me back to manage my account. No help there either. Netflix is way more straightforward.
Makes almost everything premium with only a few exceptions, very hard to find a good movie that you won't have to pay for on top of your membership/plan. Also stupid how on a laptop you have to download an app to watch instead of being able to watch from the browser.
Won't.recognise my log in on app. Recognises me.on web but can't play vid from there
After paying for monthly service then also have to pay for most movies to watch! Seriously not worth the cost. So much better options out there.
Just started using this and already I'm frustrated and disappointed. Havnt been able to get through a single movie with out getting "DRM ERROR" constantly interrupting, forcing me to start again and try and find the point I was at. Also after reading other reviews about payment requirements, I'll be canceling my subscription and going back to Netflix. Not even going to bother with my $39.96 free subscription from 1-day
Tried the free trial but after 1 day canceled it. Very limited titles and the ones that I like need to pay per title on top of monthly fee.
Didnt like im on a samsaung tab s2 and says it needs to register the device Says its australias leading streaming service yet it has the worst reviews and has least amount of titles and trys to charge u extra for new titles like 5.99 per movie and 2.99 per tv show
i try watch movies any movie doesnt matter what about 20seconds in it therez an error in loading. i won a free 3month for this and i will not continue to pay after this 3month is up..
So bad, it won't let me upload the review. Won't let me access my Quikflix history. Sorry indictment of Quikflix. Now 4 months later, still can't update returns or rate movies. Quickflix, are you even aware that you have competition in this market?
It's a great idea and all but I've tried to subscribe and your Web page just doesn't work, I was trying to press the subscribe button and it didn't work even though I had already signed up and subscribed, I tried to unsubscribe and nothing would come up, it just kept asking me to subscribe, I really hope I don't get charge for something that I can't use
This must be a joke. Hardly any titles available as the vast majority are "premium". Even with the $5 for 3 months trail it's a rip off. I don't know why they even bother.
My internet connection is almost twice as fast as the requirement. Last night I tried to watch a movie but every ten seconds it would stop to buffer. This morning I got up and saw that the internet connection is the same as last night. I put the same movie on that I gave up on last night, and it played fine. If I can't watch a movie on a Saturday night, there's no point in having Quickflix.
Worst streaming service. After become a member still have to pay for premium movies. Worst app ever. Even if they are offering free i will never ever buy quickflix.
Brought up the show I wanted to watch and then just said there was an internet problem, again and again. Don't waste your time.
One year on, no response, so I guess we (the customer) don't count for much then......"How do I use the app to mark movies as returned or access my queue. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of titles - maybe not much of the latest and greatest, but some really good classics I was keen to see. Unfortunately the app doesn't let you search for 'subscription' titles only, so when you browse the results are flooded with 'premium' (i.e. pay per view) content. Would happily give a higher rating of it weren't for this, but it makes it very difficult to find content..
Needs alot of work. When i press to return a dvd it takes me to a completely different page. I can't even sign in properly, when i press to enter my username and password it takes me to a different page instead of bringing up my keyboard. So frustrating! !!!!
I gave Quickflix a chance. I used my free trial and have been paying for about 2 months of sub. But I'm disappointed. Like most other people on here, I don't get why I have to pay to see "Premium" content when I already pay monthly. I use Netflix also.. I pay one fee and one fee only. And now I'm getting the same DRM Error that others are getting. And our Internet was upgraded this week and I STILL get long loading times with QF but NF loads almost instantly. I'll be dropping this service asap.
Paid for 3 months in this time I was able to watch 1 movie!! WASTE OF MONEY
Only a handful of free movies. Majority you have to pay for and even then they are over 12 months old. Plenty of other apps that offer way more for same price.
You should not have to pay per view for premium.....increase my subscription for unlimited access fine but pay per title is ridiculous! Go Netflix people.
Why do I keep getting not available in my region? I got the free app but nothing is working. Do you have to pay or the free app is just a waste of data?
This is a good app, in that it works well..but...you have to pay for many films -old films- ..20 years old, like Chopper, or Finding Nemo..Stan or Presto are much better.

Premium? Please, don't make me laugh! These are all old movies from three, four, five and ten years ago. They're not that new. Only few are, but still....All the movies on Premium are old and they're already out on Netflix, Presto and Stan with better subscription offers! QUICKFLIX?....... More like QuickTrash and QuickShit...

I was expecting this App to allow me to check My Queue for the Posted DVD's, like the earlier version. This is just yet another Streaming App! And I cannot even check on my Posted Quickflix stuff!!!! Instant Uninstall MoFo's, you've wrecked it for me! >.<

Quickflix just doesn't compare to other streaming services. Just about everything is marked as premium! What's the point of paying for a subscription when you still have to pay extra to watch what's already included with other streaming services. No thanks
The only non premium ones are from the 70s and 80s and without subtitles. Even the premium selection of movies is limited
Comes up with an error each time, wont play anything. Obviously not compatable with Sony tablet
Nothing but trouble. No one to contact for help. Now I can't even cancel. Beware
Would be better if there were more free movies and tv shows to watch . No point of monthly fee feel like im getting ripped off

Costly. Full of bugs and error codes. I gave one day then unsubscribed.

Overpriced digital garbage, and 90% of what's on offer is "Premium". Damned if I am going to pay twice for a movie I want to watch! Cancelled my subscription, and good riddance! They also lie through their teeth on their Facebook page and refuse to address my concerns.
