My wife and I have been shopping for a replacement loan. First, we've tried with no success, with the big bank that held our initial high rate 30yr mortgage. Then about 2dozen lenders over the years, were out seeking our business. QL were persistent. Then I decided to give them a shot. Their system is seamless; their delivery, timely; customer service staff, polished and knowledgeable. I am truly AMAZED.

Worked very well for me throughout my closing process. I didn't have a single issue with it. l was able to take photos of documents on my phone and load them onto this app. Beats the heck out of faxing!

Don't use Quicken. They messed us up and did nothing to fix it..

this has been the worst experience of my life, I've been working with Quicken loans since July they always needed another document, then we got hit with a hurricane and instead of understanding that if they wouldn't have taken months to secure the loan it would have been completed long before the hurricane, but still they saw there was a little damage to our roof ( which we had been scheduled to be replaced when we got the loan) they wanted another inspection, then wanted it to be fixed, we had the roofers fix back to pre hurricane statis , but long story short, 6 months later Jason Whiteley calls my wife and tells her their retracting our loan because they did another credit check, well my credit has gone up since I started the loan, so believe me when I say look for another company to do your loan

Well designed app with simplicity in mind. Quicken Loans in general has been a dream to work with. This app in particular lays everything out as far as what they need from you, what they are working on, and what is next.

I used this application through the entire application process. Now, I use it to pay my mortgage. The application is beautifully designed and works very well.

Nice app. Really helped with organizing and pointing out the documents required to finish the loan.

Easier than I thought. Completed entire mortgage process on line. For a senior person this is a feat worth noting.

This app was so helpful throughout the entire homebuying process! I use my phone to snap pictures of things that were required. Now that we've closed I'm just wondering when the payment center portion of the app becomes visible.

I love this app it really grew on me you can see your payment history at a glance. The only little thing I wish you can just sign in with fingerprint scan on the newer devices.

Makes me sad

I wished it was integrated with 2014 technology, so I could pay my mortgage. Update 201y, Happy that this now a reality.

This company seems to start off with their best employees, then they slowly start handing you over to people who can't even read a simple bank statement. We have had to resubmit documents over and over again because of their errors. I'm 2 weeks away *hopefully* from closing, but I'm already not feeling confident despite turning in and uploading over 117 documents. We'll see.

This company is full of lying people!! The app is a joke you can't do crap on it always had problems with the app then when i called the company they were all rude and one person would tell me one thing the the next person would say a totally different thing! Save your time go with a good bank. I dropped these losers like a bad habit!

The app is sooooo slow over cell. So slow that I'd say to not even bother. The MyQL website on the other hand, is terrific! Was a simple refi of a $150-200K townhouse, without a second mortgage. Between the horrible appraiser, and then Quicken Loans ignoring his mistake for a month, despite my repeated protests, ended up trolling the time spent on this refi. The entire process was such a turn off that I'm already shopping to refi again, and to NEVER work with Quicken Loans in the future!

The app works fine. The actual refi process proving to be a time consuming joke. Chosen for the ability do everything online fit our busy life, but has already consumed more of our time than traditional. Initial conversation promising. Promise of one person to deal with through this and all future loans had it's allure. Then we were handed off to inexperienced help. Back dated document requests trickle in randomly, high closing costs, quoted #'s changed, no internal coordination or communication....

If you ever have a hardship quicken loans will not help you. They have horrible customer service. Stay away.

This is as far the best that quicken loans can offer. The easy way to get your payments made and check your balance. Quicken loans is the best bank I have worked with.

Very nicely done app with one exception: I have a very long, strong, unreadable password, my app is locked with a PIN, and my phone is encrypted with a long PIN. Forcing me to re-enter the MyQL password every time I open the app is impossible, and totally unnecessary in my situation; it's easier to use the mobile web site in Chrome with my password automatically filled in by Google. I'd give the app 5 stars except that the password issue makes it unusable. Please give me the option to save my password--you can make me press "yes I'm sure" 10 times, just let me do it. Side note: The Quicken Loans service itself is incredible. I'll never use another mortgage company.

I will be closing (VA Home Loan) on Monday (March 28th, 2016) and I can not express how happy I am with Quicken! They were responsive, helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable! I knew what was going on the entire time and every person (from pre-approval all the way to closing) was absolutely amazing!!! Great team of employees you got there Quicken! A+ Thank You... Laura Millard, Heather Berry and your entire team!!! I wish I could give you all a raise!

Would like a resizable widget that displays the most recent documents

The app is great! But quicken loans itself is something I will never work with again. My original down payment and closing was supposed to be 3700 dollars. As we neared closing it went up. At closing it went up again. Too a whole whopping 4905. Screwing us out of 1200 dollars. The kicker was my fiancé got a returned phone call after we confronted them about the additional 505 we had to pay out at closing for the survey and something else and was told OOPS we forgot to add that in. Never again!!!

I would give it a 5 if the message board was in the app.

The app could use some enhancements in functionality, but, at least they have a handy application. More than can be said for other companies. My prior review pointed out some issues I had with the company and the closing itself. In the end Quicken made everything right by listening to my concerns, responding, and making things right. While things didn't go perfect I find that things rarely do. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Messages from Quicken re loan process should be easily viewed upon login and it should be possible to upload documents not merely in response to a task requesting them but also separately. Also chat with rep?

Easiest way to Quicken your monthly payment process. Log in, hit a few buttons, monthly mortgage paid in under 30 seconds. Can't complain if that's all you want out of this app. See what I did there
