This app used to allow you to caculate loans without a down payment. For an example, VA loans do not require a down payment. This app aloud this before the last update in early October which removed that feature. I sent them an email and they claimed that feature would be added back into the app on the next update in about 3 weeks. Not back yet Won t like it until it's added back in.

This app is good for quick looks, but it doesn't tell you the actual bottom line, which is how much you will actually pay for the loan over its 30 years. That would be a good addition.

Need to add multiple entries for extra mortgage payments. We have existing mortgage that we've been paying an extra per month. We want to change that amount and figure out how we can shorten the loan time. App only has 1 entry for extra payments so we can't figure out the payments if we change the extra payment amount.
