When i capture a picture of the labs, it does not appear in the app. This feature in the app doesn't work.

This is an outstanding clinical note documentation tool. The intuitive templates Voice recognition are wonderful features . There is only one problem: Every time I dictate the subjective section of the note, the application completely completely aborts, returns to main android and deletes the record . Would love to use this application . Please repair.

I want to love this program but I've found that as I am making a note, the program deletes it and then I'm forced to start all over.

A great easy to use app..

The app is very good. I'm a medical student and whenever I see patients, I write the details in a notebook. The app ensures these details are well organized.

Overall, I find this app great, efficient and easy to use. The app functions well offline, which is nice for physicians who are practicing in rural areas. Files are guaranteed to be secured because of left inactive, the app would ask for the pass code prior to use. Another great feature is the ability to take snapshots for the patient's general details, which we could leave if we've suddenly become busy, and then fill out the rest for later.

Hi i found this app very useful for keeping indoor pt records in a highly confidential manner. Its easy to use and has a user friedly interface . Also it offers other facilities such as chrging a pt fees and easy sharing of pt recordsif need be . Itsdefiitely recommended .

Good graphics and very easy to use

Being a doctor, I always have to keep record of the patients that get referred to me. If I don't list them down and I make rounds, they would ultimately be forgotten. Making progress notes now have never been easy. Plus, I can keep track of my patients, log it in easily and keep the notes organized. Amazing.

its a useful app, the best thing is that u can use it offline and have your database of the patients, their diseases and treatments, medications and also have a voice notes which i found very useful. so i think it will be great help for medical students and workers

This is a very useful application. Being a medical student it helps me in keeping the record of patients.The best part about it is that it works offline too (other than sharing) so it can be very helpful in remote areas where internet facility is not available.

The application is amazing and really useful in almost all cases and situations but needs an Arabic language to be more suitable to Arabs and Egyptians and also the billing system isn't like the one in the app.

It is very useful in any settings. It helps us to track down our patients well. Shortcuts, treatments and the mailed report are very good features to use. Only billing code aren't really being used in Indonesia.

Needs polish but otherwise great. A manual would be nice. Need a way to delete the canadian billing code shortcuts. It adds bloat and isn't needed in developing worlds. Keep up the great work!

Great

Very easy access to patients with just one look at the cellphone. The pages are well organized and user friendly. However, I wish this is available to apple users because it might be good on ipad because of its size.

It is really a great app easy to use and well detailed to capture all the necessary medical information, I recommend it for all medical practitioners

This is a pretty good app, quite simple, follows features the same as the desktop EMR software i use in my hospital, but still has a long way to go. needs lots of improvements. liked it nevertheless

Thank you for the great minds/brains behind this app. This can really be of great help to all medical practitioners, hospital-based or not. The sleek-minimalist-approach UI is easy in the eyes which makes it a very user-friendly app. I had to make sure so I tried using it with and without internet connection and gained the same results (with the exception of media sharing of course since you can't share it without one lol). Again, for a beta version, this is a THUMBS UP! Keep it up guys!

This app is awesome. I always go in medical caravans to poor villages where access to computers is really hard. Now, we can use this small and easy to use app to take the records without the need for complicated and expensive computer based medical records systems. Can't wait till I try it in my next caravan. Great idea, but poor implementation! If you don't finish your note, there is no way going back and edit it! I have sent multiple messages and emails to developers but received no response. It seems they abandoned this app!

Great app for medical record keeping and reasonable guidelines for standard medical diagnoses

Useful and productive App. It's much easier to keep track of patient's records, treatments and other details. Truly love this app but would love to see improved navigation and a simpler interface. As the App is still in beta phase, I hope that they will be working on these things. Thanks QCMDI!
