Lol that's make no sense... The main reason why I would use this app is to answer customers call directly from my phones while on road or out of office... Just catch sound from mic and provide output to Twillio API. If you offer custom development, i'll pay for that.
since yesterday all tickets are random and not sorted by time they were created. I have to scroll down to find the tickets if they are not new tickets. new tickets I can see in new filter. fix fast I use this extensively if not I will have to look to other app for use.
Easy to set up and use. Has many features but not overwhelming. We love the chat it is superb. A world class customer support application grab this one NOW for your business. There should be a way to bulk delete tickets.
App don't allow to do anything masive also the tickets are randomly appear I use the Web version instead. App really need to improvement
The e-mail address of the person who created the ticket isn't shown, just the name. On top of that the "To Solve" feature isn't supported and the UI isn't intuitive. Live Agent sucks. Oh yeah and copy/paste in tickets isn't available.
Very simplified version and buggy. Not often updated.

This newer version is working well. It needs to be able to get the canned messages also on the app, not just on the Web interface. If possible. It would be nice if I could set different notification rings for different website that I monitor. I like this new interface.
Can't get into app. Constant crashing.. Doesn't recognize server url that is correct
Dos this only work on hosted accounts? We bought the enterprise edition, host it ourselves and cannot access the app at all.

Not bad for a beta!
Keeps randomly crashing on Tab S 10.5. Unreliable and unstable connections. Missing all the essential features - no canned responses, no typing preview, no geo or client details, cannot switch to desktop chat (cannot work concurrently on multiple devices). I have been waiting for decent app for 2 years and now it is time to abandon the boat.

I use this app regularly alongside the desktop version. The desktop version is ok with good features but the mobile version lacks the ability to send pictures in chat, that is very inconvenient. Sometimes the app will lag too, especially while sending links, if those problems are solved, app will be perfect
