Qualcomm Toq

No more support? The Toq is a cool watch with some flaws. The app is the same. Hopefully 2nd gen will address the issues.

After a phone factory reset, I reinstalled the Toq app. After numerous attempts to pair the watch with my Android smartphone, I gave up. Now, only a watch, and sometimes behind actual time.

Every time I try to do a phone call through the watch, it crashes it Toq app on my phone. Help or suggestions?

A very well designed app that is simple to use and does what you need. It updates to the watch almost instantly and let's you remove/add features so you can fine tune your Toq to your look. I haven't had an issue with it. I would like to see more watch styles and a refresh of the weather applet.

No complains, Except It needs more clock faces , Few of the provided faces are OK, But we need more faces Like: - Classic analog faces ( Attractive designs ! ) - Modifiable faces ( I can assign the color, size, or shapes of the items ) It also needs a notifications on the clock for unread SMS, or calls, As when I'm sleeping, Or took-off the watch during my shower, I need to see there are some notification icons for any missed event.

You just sold and expensive watch and then dropped all support for it. way to go Qualcomm. Boo

Will never buy another Qualcomm stand alone device. Expensive product that is only supported for one year or less, terrible business model!

$350 for a watch that the maker doesn't care about. I want my money back .

Only see the name of the sender (and the app causing the notification). Hardly useful anymore :-( Note: Install the "Toq Alternative Notifications" applet ... it will make the Toq useful in lollipop again!

Can you let Toq display second and 24-hour in clock mode? Add an option to let user customize the clock background with family photo? Is it possible to display Traditional Chinese in message?

No more Toqs, no more ear buds, the customer has been screwed!

All what I needed!!!

I received the Toq to implement an applet for my corporate email app eNotify which enables filtering email notifications and replying from the Toq-watch. The development community surrounding the Toq was extremely helpful to me. The watch itself has a really nice screen, fantastic battery life and very good build quality.

Watch itself is decent but not being able to reply or update frequently used apps (Facebook, Whatsapp, Line, Twitter etc) should be a given. Similarly, the ability to change to Celsius from Fahrenheit or disable the "block offensive words" in predictive text should be standard. If all you are looking for is something to reply to texts or initiate a call , this may be for you. If however you are looking for an extension to your smart phone, look elsewhere.

I'm loving my watch. I had a haunting suspicion it had a mic on it and now I know it's true. Loving the mic to respond feature!

No more support... Boo too you Qualcomm... U suck. Thanks for screwing anyone who supported your product..

Please add alarm clock vibration. Please add a timer. Please add the ability to change watch vibration setting from watch. Also, the latest update desensitized the activity tracker too much. They made all the changes listed above. Great job!

Despite all the vendor speak around wrist based devices, I was not taken in by the user experience.

Best smart watch on the market. This app makes it better

The app used to interrupt me, but I uninstalled it as well as Toq reqallable and then reinstalled this and then toq reqallable and it works fine.

Great watch has much potential. Unfortunately no more updates. And no one is making applets for it. it was always just a show piece. Would be nice if we could get some updates from the gps one

Easy to use and integrates well

Glad to see that qualcomm has pretty much given up on this watch, I really liked it but I can't stand them not supporting it

Very nice, love the app and the watch. After using for a week tried to go back to my Gear and missed the Toq. Nice updates, Toq is still the best and most comfortable.
