Sprint Direct Connect Now

If sprint didn't wanna kept old Nextel they should have just done away completely with direct connect. It's stupid to use a app for this. Downloaded app worked fine first the then kept going offline and would have too fight for hours to get it to come back online. Very disappointed. And I even bought a walkie talkies phone to get direct connect back, if I would have known it's in a app now I never would have got this phone. Get rid of app and make better sprint or get rid of it all together!!!!!!

Great idea, poorly executed. Updated to 3.0.1.05 and the DC no longer works at all on my Galaxy S6. Prior to the "update", service was spotty at best. Very disappointing, as I used (or tried to use) the DC feature to contact my drivers in urgent situations.

I've downloaded it to my s6 edge i have marshmellow os but everytime i try to activate it, it says not available with my current plan. I thought this app allowed all sprint phone to use the ptt function

Use this app all day long at work. Upgraded to s7 and not compatible. Please upgrade app

Loved the app until I upgraded to S7 and was told it would work. Then found non compatible. MAKE COMPATIBLE WITH S7 ASAP, PLEASE

Where is this app for the samsung galaxy 7? I am waiting to upgrade from the S5 but can not till this app can support it...

I installed the app but it only takes me to sprint shopping. And this app does not work. It does nothing.

The system allows the Store to download and install to the Samsung GS8-series of phones *IN ERROR*. PER SPRINT TECH SUPPORT (via a multi-hour long conversation with them), the GALAXY S8-SERIES PHONES are NOT COMPATIBLE with Direct Connect Now. Hopefully whoever is in charge of the program here will mark these phones as not being compatible so no one else goes through the 2 hour tech support nightmare I went through.

Can't add it to my Phone any more! It would be nice to have it back! Sad!( I GUESS moving to Kyocera Torque XT can add it on it!

Please make this compatible with WiFi so that the app doesn't drain my battery as much. In addition, 4G tablet support would be nice.

Go to settings and make sure is on data roaming. Direct connect is using Data to connect.

The chirp is loud but the people talking comes in to low real low so low it's hard to hear them. This is on a s6. Please fix please reply to this sprint.

Sorry you have to do something with your apps, here is a suggestion get somebody who knows what they are doing, your wallet and this app refuses to work, I have cleared the data and cache and uninstalled this app and if refuse to do anything,it rots to have the service and the app to run it does not work, really great

Never able to connect!sounds great, but cannot use our try it out. Needs to be fixed for all phones to work.

Need a widget! Make it flow like the motorolas. Widget to scroll contact and hit volume button to alert and talk

Not sure why I keep needing to update the prl and profile everyday after a reboot to get my job done! Its kind of hard to work when you use the direct connect to communicate with you co-workers/boss. Then the speech is all broken and then you end up calling them on the telephone! I had sprint about 15 years ago with the old black and white phones/flip and those had no issues and were the best! Get this resolved or ill have to recommend a different company!

Make it as easy to use as the original Nextel, and include it with our service plan.

First of all, what's the point in being on your unlimited everything plan if you're going to charge us for every little add on? This should be free.

This app does not recognize my phone number. I have only had this Sprint number for 8 years! I cannot upload my info, and it is useless and worthless to me.

Is not loud enough, can barely hear it.

still a 5.00 charge per line, why 5.00 when it works on LTE and I have unlimited calling, don't be cheap Sprint, be different, be fair ! As of 6/27 still 5.00 a month per device, at least let us sample it for 2 weeks to see if 60.00 a year per is worth it.

Billing says it is FREE , tech support says it is FREE and then on the last turnip page they stick it to you as always with Sprint. Here comes the big WEENIE, you can't activate the Service which is for FREE unless you check the PAY 5 DOLLARS MONTHLY . Then you can check the Zero Dollar from Sprint but you still have to PAY. Can't wait till my 2 years R up. Tired of grabbing my ankles. I AIN'T IN PRISON. In case you haven't figured this one out I am deleting the app.

Turn off your mobile firewall software, it is blocking the system app SprintDM and will not let it update.

"Simply download the app and sign up for Sprint Direct Connect service which is included for no additional charge on many service plans or available for an additional $5 per month for other plans". This is a false statement. Wants everyone to pay $5 more a month. Yes I installed it but clicked no thanks to ToS. You better not charge me for this crap!

Works a lot better than the first version. Still goes offline sometimes.

Tried multiple times to get it to work it didn't

Only connect half of the time, cannot connect the rest of the time signal strength does not matter. also needs its own volume setting.

Use to love this app. Freezes up constantly on Samsung Note 3...

I cannot add or link contacts from my S4. Very frustrating!

It should be free since it only works about half the time!
