You can log your activity through the Log view. You can track you daily weight and your daily nutritional intakes (protein, carbohydrates and fat) in order to control its time evolution. The whole majority of the exercises can be monitored through the Log view in order to follow your progression and to view the benefits of your workout.

Couldn't do anything in the free version. Only thing that shows up is the little red sign saying it is included in the PRO version. A taste of it here and there would have been nice, to show what it can do. But as it is right now...UNINSTALLED!
Not a bad up but it suffers from serious design flaws. Also, the descriptions are often just a picture of a bench. There are ad free log apps that are easier on the eyes and far more comprehensive.
Abdominal and forearm are labeled incorrectly

Free version is worthless. Must pay to see if its any good and I am not doing that...
Everything is good about this app untill you click the workouts tab. Firstly the background needs changing its hard to read the info on it and the numbers are so small. Make them bigger.
Could use a feature to workout results instead of just updating current weight.
Won't let you use it at all unless you get the pro version. Waste of my air time
