About iChef ET-735
The App is connected with a Barbecue Thermometer device (ET-735) by Bluetooth. The thermometer will send the temperature data from the temperature probe to the App of the Smart-phone for various functions as below：
1) Thermometer - Monitoring the temperature of the cooking / BBQ
- Select different meat and taste with default Set Temperatures and customized Set Temperatures.
- The App will provide the progress of the cooking.
- The App will provide notification (sound and / or vibration) to user when target temperature is reached.
- The App can display temperature in ℃ or ℉ and is user selectable.
- Support at most 4 probes of thermometer and end user can assign different meats and tastes to individual probe for cooking purpose.
2) Timer
- There are four channels of timers which assist the user for various cooking / BBQ purpose.
- Each channel can be selected to work as up count or down count timer.
- Count up timer is used for monitoring the duration of cooking activities.
- Count down timer is used to set a target time for cooking. App works fine. It's very light in features but tells the temperature and doesn't crash. Bluetooth is Bluetooth not the app, sometimes it cuts out but reconnects by itself everytime, range dependant on structures in the way. Working well on Samsung S7. Would love a graph plotting time over temp for all probes and ability to turn off alarm from the phone.

Enjoy the app. Coverage is as good but can diminish sometimes as i would expect when going through wall's through the house. Would like to see a history graph in the app for us that use if for smoking over long smokes.

I have a Nexus 5X running Android 7.0, and when I turn on the Bluetooth on my ET-735, then open the app, after about 15 seconds of searching, the app says "No devices found". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, still the same thing

Real disappointed on the distance of the blue tooth range. You have to be close for the phone to pick up the thermometer. Be nice to be on the couch watching the game and be able to check how the temp is on the grill outside.
