Always something wrong NOW IT WONT LET ME CHANGE MY PASSWORD. ... BIG SECURITY PROBLEM ... Don't waist your money or time I have been using this for a year now and 80 percent of the time it WILL NOT WORK!!! I HAVE HAD MY HOUSE ROBBED AND THANKS TO THIS QSEE THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT!!! SO QSEE EITHER GET IT RIGHT OR QUIT SELLING YOUR STUFF. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR STUFF AND THANKS TO YOU I LOST MY HOME.

There is always something wrong. Either is not working or it not recording. I have had this for over a year and it has never worked as it should. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!!!

Camera works but can't watch replays. I either get the endless circle of doom or it goes back to the wrong day, ie, somebody parked halfway in my mother's handicap spot the other day and when i went to see who it was there was a different car there.

Nothing but connection error

I keep getting Network not available when trying to view from outside the home and when I am connected to another wifi. It's useless if I cannot see from outside my house.

After bug fixes, works much better

I have a Q See NVR system that works well so I figured this has to be as good right. NOT! Do yourself a favor, take this camera back to the store for a refund and uninstall this app. You're better off getting an off brand camera from amazon. Shame on you Q See!

First off worked great then a few weeks later network issues even when on the same network as the camera. Finally got support a month later, a new Bata app so they said. Well now I have advertising on a app that I paid money for. Wow NICE ONE.

Get network errors with the qsee software, not able to use others apps like with my Foscams. Don't buy Qsee products, there are other cheap camera setups that are better and usable. Only worked for a couple of weeks now I have a nice decoration. Crashes, network issues, app does not want to open. Huge waist of my time and no monitoring huge security problem and waist of money

Constant log on issues from my phone

No computer needed, very easy to install. I was already streaming video in less than 3 minutes after opening the box, with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. 2-way audio is okay. Could have given 5 star rating, but no motion detection with e-mail notification. Very stable if you do the port forwarding. Great product.Updated on 3-7-2015, now I give it a 5 star, very stable app after they replaced their old software.

The app went offline for a few weeks, and the app is the only way to view video from the camera. Hope no one needed to in that time. Now they released a new app that charges for "premium" services such as playback and motion capture. They force you to use the app for the camera and charge you to do so.......

It didn't work for a week or so but its back online again

Worked great easy setup we had a little trouble till the new updates but works great again...a little confusing on how to let others share the video stream but that works great also once you know what to do

So far so good app had been updated. Working great. Camera is finally worth the money. Only took this company over a year to get it right.

I'd give a 5 star if you could please add a select / select all option for deleting past pictures.. wish i could buy 3 more at the price I paid but I got the last one in the store ----- update... can't sign in to site or use camera.. NOW WHAT??..back to a 3 rating for now

If you like flushing money down the toilet the QN6401X is the camera for you. Worked for almost 3 weeks (occasionally) then their system crashes and the only support you get is "We are working diligently to resolve the issues with our servers" 2 weeks later Really ?? Don't get suckered into these cameras at the hardware store for $60.00 like I did, they are marked down and sitting on the end of the clearance aisles for a reason THEY ARE JUNK !! Gave it 1 star since you cant submit a review without pushing at least 1

App doesn't work half the time. Cameras aren't good if u wana run video when u aren't watching. I won't purchase anymore and haven't suggested them to anyone looking for cameras.

Can you believe that this camera is listed on Q-See's website at $279.00, holy crap! I paid $68 on special at Home Depot and that was $50 more than it is worth. I was looking at Q-See for my home surveillance system but they are definitely off the list. As far as this app goes; I can only guess that it was developed by a 2.0 avg, high school freshman with no marketable skills. The only thing that works is the advertising (which they don't tell you about when you buy the camera! Fraud?) That's all I can say without getting censored!

Keeps locking up phone every once and a while. Can close out app but when I open again it locks up, unless I reboot phone. Update changed to one star, will as of right now never by another product of this companies. Until the one I have starts working again. The software just sits their and loads when you click on your camera. Trying to get help is non existing. Bought the camera I have for 30 bucks and it's not even worth that.

Far too oftewhen I am away and I try to view my home via Q-see camera I discover that it has gone offline. I have yet to be able to determine why this happens but I am confident it isn't because of my internet connection. I have an excellent router / modem and have never had any problems. If I can't trust a security camera to work when I need to check my home... What good is it? I can't get any help from the company. They will put you on hold and never pick up

It never opens when i log in, always slow, dont waste your money !!

Now that my house has been robbed, i cant login to even show the police the people that did it. If you value your safty and your home DONT GET THIS SYSTEM !!!! No customers support hate it don't even waist your money

Nice little security a peace of mine

Do not waste your money. I have given up all hope with these piece of crap IP camera. I am in networking technology and I can't get the thing to work, so it's clearly not a user issue.

When it works , I love it. Just recently it is not opening. Have had for 9 months and it was great. Please fix the issue.have nitveen abkw to open for two weeks now. Started to work then nonthing again. Have not worked since02-02-15. Such a waste, very upset.

Waste of lots of time. Worked once. Not now. Keeps saying registered to other user. I am the user. I can't get it to display the cameras so I can't delete them and add them back. Wasted hours trying to get it to work. Android ap sucks and doesn't display all on my phone HTC one.
