QBOT

This app hasn't been updated in 9 months! It doesn't show me the businesses I can use it at and hasn't showed them in a long time. What's up with that?!?!?! This app used to be helpful but now it's not worth a crap. Have the developers given up on it? Update (same day): After reading other reviews about this app, I have decided to uninstall it since the developers must not care.

I can never get the loyalty scans to work. My camera will be on top of the qr scanner and wont register it. I haven't gotten it to work once. Please fix and i will improve ratings

After logging in it doesn't work. I've used this app billions of times before, and can say that it has seen better days. I'm deleting it

Sign clearly says, download The qbot app and get $4 off and the cashier is saying not true, smh!

Scans no longer save

It says it scans but the scans don't show up on anything and therefore I can't claim my rewards. Please fix this issue

I used the app about 4 times successfully in the past week (beginning around 9/17/2015), but today (9/23/15) it won't even open :/ UPDATE: 10-22-15...Just gave up on it. Completely uninstalled. Such a waste of time and I was feeling like a jerk at the checkout line waiting for the thing to open.

I have had qbot for about 1 year and I loved the rewards at first. However, now there are not very many places in my area doing this anymore and I lost my loyalty rewards without any warning.

The login process is cumbersome and I always have trouble with it.

I can't even make an account.

It does not even let me sign in. I have tried downloading then undownloading a bunch of sifferent times on different days and it still does not work. I click on log in and it forces shut down.

Tried using on my Galaxy S5, but the app just opens a blank screen that will only give the option to scan or view the side menu. No way to search business or view rewards.

I really wanted to use it but when I tried to create an account it stopped and brought me to my home screen please Fix it

Will not allow me to login and shuts down immediately. Also shuts down and will not allow me to scan and redeem rewards.

This app crashes EVERY TIME I open it.

Just got new droid turbo. I have the app, but says I need to log in. Tried and it said not registered. Tried to create a new account and says account already exists. Tried to get password reset and it says no account exists... Come on guys. Used to love this app! Now lost all my progress and rewards...Please fix.

Simply doesn't work. Lets you log in, but won't pull up the scanner.

I tried this last year at St Kate's and it wouldn't work for me tried it again this year and it still won't work.

Stopped to get oil change and was greated by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fast, courteous, and fair price.

While @ a Qbot restaurant (village inn) qbot app says I can't log in because email doesn't exist, then said bad password so I had it reset my password. I got the email w/ the temporary password & tried to log in again, but it shows "email doesn't exist" - the SAME email address it just sent me a password to. I tried to register all over again & it told me the email address was already registered. So after standing at the register for 10 minutes trying to get it to work i left without scanning. Why bother?
