Crooked crooked crooked company!!! Skip the app and stick to quarters! It may seem convenient at first until you start getting tickets because the app isn't working right then start getting hung up on and called a liar by Danielle (senior operations manager) at the app. Worst customer service by far I've ever witnessed. Asked for her boss then never heard back from anyone! Soooo incredibly shady!! #quitquickpay
Simple app, and very accurate and effective. One thing that I can recommend, make a sign in screen pop up when the app first opens. This will let the user know that an account is needed. I was initially unable to add a vehicle, read reviews, then went back and looked through the app because I knew it had to be something simple. I saw some bad reviews for this reason, and really they shouldn't be dogging you for not looking, but it would help with your positive feedback if you implemented the log in screen.
First time using this I was not able to Exit the parking garage and was charged $19.50. I had to pay AGAIN directly to the garage attendant $18 to get out of the garage. No one answers the phone at the owner of this company to assist me. Cannot recommend this app would chose ZERO stars if it were an option.
For some reason it is now continually logging me out and when I log back in, it has forgotten my vehicles and payment information...EVERY SINGLE TIME.
This app uses an outdated API causing my Nexus 5x to display the "scanner" image inverted. They don't seem to understand this, and we're unhelpful when I contacted support.
Apparently I don't exist, until I try to create a new id-then my number is tied to a different account that I can change my password for, but then when I try to log in.. I don't exist.. really??
Doesn't work properly, 404 error, doesn't save info. Waste of time.
Created an account, but can't add a vehicle so it's totally useless and I have to find another parking lot.
There is nothing quick about this. Took much longer than paying cash or feeding a meter. Why did I need to create an account? Stupid.
app is the worst thing ever created. wont event let me register my vehicle plate. avoid these lots at aol costs
Works great, but the city never got paid all the meter fees owed, so the City removed it.
I'm at a self-serve parking lot trying to use the app to make my payment but it will not accept my license plate or vehicle description so is completely useless. Chase, you should be ashamed! I'm uninstalling it next.
WORST user experience I ever had. Instructions on the giant sign in the parking lot were inaccurate. Tried to use app, it failed multiple times, in multiple ways (including giving me a 404). Tried calling the phone number, was hung up on three times. Tried texting, but the instructions failed at step 3. Finally had to just leave the car and get to work, so tried logging in to their website (janky to the extreme), and when I tried to submit my credit card info, my browser popped up a warning that their site was not secure! FOR THE LUVAGOD, this was awful. I hope my car is not towed by lunchtime or I will lose my mind.
Only gives you option of 2 hours or 5. You can text and add minutes but when I asked for 2 hours it gave me 3 and charged me. Wonder why the rating is so low?

Not clearly stated at the meter that it wont show as paid on the meter. The meter will always say expired. The FAQ and web site has this info. Customer service refunded my money. However, used it again today with no worries about the expired meter and got a ticket. FAIL!
This app refuses to work because their own API is sending back 404 responses when you go to add a vehicle. Come on. For days.
Everytime I try to register my car it says, "Oops, there was a problem!" Seriously, this app is of no convenience if it can't be used. This needs to be fixed or why bother having the app.
I paid for parking with this app and got a ticket anyway. City says I need to make a court appearance to contest it.
It says it's the same as cash on the airport web site and you want to charge a 1.50 fee for a Gimmick? I can use my real card just as easily, what's the benefit?

Parked my rental car at one of the lots in Victoria for less than 3hours . We returned around 10:26pm. There is no attendence when we exit the lot. The ticket was tagged on the windshield. Called the second day and the opetator says H number hasn't entered into the system. Tried the apps and it is aweful. There is no place to enter the H number and pay. This is the worst parking experience I had.
As others have said, every time I try to add a vehicle, I get a 404 error message. I can't use the app if I can't add my car.

Connect to Corp card... Takes two seconds... Not just max pay only... Love it!
Twice now it has failed to work when I really needed it too. Very unreliable.
Hell, beware what the app plainly tells you about a lot, like "$20 for 24 hours" except that it expires at 7 AM the next day, regardless of when u parked; also douchey customer service.
I use this app occasionally at best, but every time I do it works great. I have my car, and girlfriends car saved in it. So all I have to do is select the correct car, time I want & scan/tap the stall I'm in & I'm on my way. I do wish they wouldn't have jacked up the prices once they installed all this fancy new stuff though.

I always get the server is down and unavailable bs. Hate this app. If you will have customers use your machines at least have the capability to have a working app.
Difficult for beginner to use first time (needs intro tour guide). Lacks obvious feature: walking directions back to car!
Add vehicle function does not work
Charged me over double of what parking was suppose to cost and charged on a holiday when it was free
Clunky and hard to use
Great idea in theory. But after taking the time to install you learn that: 1) only max parking payments are available, so instead of paying $3 for an hour of parking your pay $8 for a day of parking: and 2) you will be charged $0.30 extra even though you should actually be charged less since you are now paying without requiring the lot to maintain equipment and helping speed things along for other lot customers. Totally ridiculous business model!

I use this app on a daily basis and some days it works great. Other days it can take several minutes to load parking locations and pay for parking. This tends to happen during peak times so is likely an issue with the QP server timing out. Definitely something that can and should be fixed.

The city parking authority tracks this, there were a couple parking tickets I had NO idea about and on my car, and ended up not being mine, and they booted my car 5 minutes after I payed for my parking on this app. I had to miss a whole day of work and pay $50 to get it un-booted. The parking authority wouldn't even tell me what was going on. This app tracks your information and gives it to the city without your permission. DON'T USE IT!!!
