מזה שבוע לא ניתן לקבוע תור בסניף רוגוזין 7 אשדוד. הפקידים בסניף לא יודעים ולא מבינים את הבעיה. אם המצב ימשיך אשנה את הציון ל-1 !!!

עומד על תאריכים ביומן, לא קורה כלום. לא רואה זמנים אפשריים לאף תאריך ולא חיווי אחר

אין אופציה מועדפים, כל הזמן אני צריך לחפש אותו סניף דואר מחדש שאני הולך אליו.

תמיד יש מה לשפר, איו ספק. אך התוכנה עובדת גם אם מעט לאט והשירות שהיא מספקת הוא יחודי. אני מאוד מקווה שהם עובדים על לצרף נותני שירות נוספים. דברים כאלה הם priceless!

למה אין סניף בא (רוגוזין) של דואר?!

רק דואר ישראל ורק במספר מוגבל של סניפים...כשיהיו עוד אולי אוריד שוב

אין את כל סניפי הדואר ולכן הסרתי אותה היעול של הדואר פועל במהירות הצב ולא הצבי

התוכנה מועילה. רק שהצוות של דואר ישראל גם יהיה מועיל. שימוש הראשון עבר בהצלחה.

No matter when I go in, there are no appointments not for the same day or any options to schedule for any other day. I removed the app. to see if that would help, but it didn't. Also, there is no way to retreave a password.

כנראה שכאשר נרשמתי לתור הכנסתי מס טלפון לא נכון ולא יכולתי לערוך את זה. לא שמתי לב לזה , הגעתי לסניף ונאלצתי לחכות שעה שלמה כי התור שלי אומנם מזוהה באפליקציה אבל לא בסניף. חוסר אונים שיש לי תור ואני לא יכולה לערוך אותו כדי שהמערכת תזהה אותי.

In Israel post office, just coming 5 minutes before my appointment, no more waiting for hours

I have a booked appointment that I placed online through my PC, but I don't see the way to access it through the app.. even though I've registered an account, and linked and verified my email. Some UX fixes need to be done. But the concept, especially with the Israeli post office, sounds like an amazing idea!

I see that no services are found, when manualy selecting country setvices are found

Not able to make any appointments.

I can't set an appointment for next day, it only gives an option to set for the certain day. Why is that so? (Israel postal office )

Bad UX, no updates, slow, full of bugs, very immature. The only reason I keep using it is because there's no alternative.

עבדה פעם אחת, ממשק לא ברור ואין אם מי לדבר במקרה של בעיות רישום - מאז, לא עולה, נתקעת במסך פתיחה.
