Video Doorbell

I'm happy for most of you for being able to update to the update version. All I get is what to do if I cancell the dowm load and there is no down load. Sorry to say but my opinion of this app is very elementary. How can I install update and maybe I'll come back and re-evaluate app.

A disappointing app for a device with a lot of potential. The Digoo SB-XYA has been a terrible let down. Even after update it rarely wakes device from App. Slow response to doorbell. Negative feedback on product was blocked by Banggood. 270118 - After installing latest software and firmware update still on sometimes will wake from app. It's getting better but not quickly enough.

Recently purchased video doorbell from banggood (model SB-XYA by DIGOO). After writing a negative review, which was suspended and never published, as well as many other negative comments about this product, finally I see a light, update released! DIGOO is certainly trying to remedy the situation, although struggling. Current firmware 1.0.2 and the application 1.0.3. Now it is able to wake up the device from sleep state and send you messages about motion detected, although much delayed.

Binding was slow, device offline all the time. Alerts when button pushed but video does not connect. Will not keep PIR settings. Please fix. Update. Wifi dropped and will not reconnect. Removed device, reset, even pulled the batteries. Currently, just a paperweight. Extremely poor app, device also needs a firmware update to fix all of the problems being reported.

Doesn't work, can't sync to my doorbell despite the led blinking as mentioned, i purchased a Digoo SB-XYA like many others duped into this company, waited two months to receive a useless brick.

Meer gebruikers (gasten) toevoegen gaat niet. Alles geprobeerd. Als de bel gaat, en ik open met de groene button, dan krijg ik heel vaak geen video beeld. Hij blijft dan zoeken naar een veilig video kanaal?? Ook jammer dat je de beltoon niet kan aanpassen. Graag een oplossing voor de problemen middels een update.

Take time to connect to bluetooth Firmware upgrade need more than once, quality is poor, two of my u it had call button broken.

Has great potential. Needs to have notifications and an option to record for longer than 10 seconds. Also a app for android tablets would be great.

Occasional live feed is about as good as I've managed. Recorded videos cannot be retrieved. I also have a shiny new paperweight after months of waiting for delivery :(

Can't pair the device. For several months waiting for the device and this what we get.

Binding was a struggle. App constantly shows device as offline, even though it is online and recording. Occasionally it shows device online and I can see the live view. Wifi strength is 100% and doorbell charged 100% but still very hit and miss. App occasionally closes itself for no reason. Android 7.0 phone

I don't know whether it's a problem of the app or the DIGOO doorbell it self (probably the latter) but it fails to connect to the phone in the first place. Please fix it immediately because we have spent a fair amount of money to buy this doorbell and we cannot use it.

Well as other people said it doesn't work I can not even call it bug. If you not ready please don't release on the market I am going to ask for full refund at banggood
