Smart Doorbell

The door bell call to the phone when both are connected to the same local network. But doesn't work when the phone is connected to the mobile network, neither can view the camera of the door bell in real time, the videos stored in the phone don't play with sound using this app, but with another reproductor i have video and audio. App running on Android Nougat.

It needs improving. It is not realtime video. Very delayed call to phone, the visitor has usually left by the time I get the notification. I have fibre max and a strong stable wifi connection.

Crap app

doesnt work most of the time. Also how do i delete the recordings, when it does work. Not much info about this doorbell. the software sucks. anyone know of better software or a wifi doorbell that works all the time.

Bell Works with iPhone does not work with android. They updated app and nothing has changed.

Another issue (which is quite a big one), the camera cannot be used when not connected to the same network, thus making the device pretty much useless as I would have thought that would be the whole point of the device. Also, there's a delay between the doorbell being pressed and receiving a mobile alert. So someone could be waiting at your door for five minutes before you even know they're there. These issues are all things that can be fixed through firmware & software updates so the device still has potential, but it's just not ready for prime time right now.

Useless app requires login in details with no indication how to register. Avg also flags app as adware.

App has a hard limit on the length of Wifi password it'll accept, my password is longer than that length so can't use it without shortening my password and having to change it on all my other devices!

Adding additional users does not work.

No way to register. Useless.
