Horrible program and device

This app is HORRIBLE. it records data when it wants, which is hardly ever. It does this random vibrating thing that u can't shut off. Just horrible

The Bluetooth sync is so not good. Each time I turn it on, I have to uninstall the app and install it again for it to sync with my phone

Got this for my bday and it hasn't worked since I got it. My son wasted his money.

Decent app, sleep mode doesn't work at all on the App or the bands. Wasn't really interested in that anyways, so I'm not too bothered by it . The band is great and affordable.

It doesn't work, records steps when sitting. Doesn't record sleep. Randomly turns bluetooth on and off

It seems accurate with counting steps but after a few days my data is gone and sometimes will lose it the same day. Sleep isn't eating very well or I am only getting 11 of light sleep a night and while I don't sleep well that is a little dramatic on sleep time

This app is a piece of crap. If I could give it a negative rating, I would. PLEASE don't waste your money. As soon as I installed it, it was already saying I took over 4000 steps and I was still sitting down.

At best this is a cheesy app. Esp. considering how far technology has come in this day/time. I can't put in the #s to anything in the goals as the slide bar doesn't stop/stay @ the # u want (or even close to the#). Maybe once they do a major update to this app for better use, this could be worth spending $ for. Personally, I'm going to ask to exchange this xmas gift to a better one if still not satisfied by the 1st weekend after New Years

Won't keep my bday in, none of the notifications work at all, will not display time slept and resets at an odd time of the day. Half the time the activity tracker does not work. Sometimes it randomly vibrates for long periods of time. A waste of 40 bucks!

I would really like it of I could change my weight and hight and set an alarm but every time I try it crashes. I do like the app though.. just will not be accurate unless I can change the settings!

Worst app and worst device ever don't buy it its not worth the money!!! It's Maybe worth 1 dollar!!!

I opened the app and within two minutes it made an alarm sound that was loud and started vibrating. Please fix this. It almost woke somebody up.

APP changes my step count and also it will begin to tract active activity when I have not pushed it to do so.. PLEASE update and fix

Doesn't work. Bought TRX10. Simply doesn't sync to any of multiple devices. Don't waste your time.

If I could give zero stars I would! Save your money and get a Fitbit. Product doesn't work. Absolutely horrible.

This app doesn't track well. It is an awful piece of crap and I am not happy with this whole fitness band and crazy app. Don't waste your money on a band that connects to this app.

You get what you pay for. . The band from big lots is no good nor is this app.

Won't sync. Says 0 battery when battery is fully charged. Won't track sleep and says I am stepping when I am sitting totally still

It's not tracking Sleep please fix also does not track steps accurately cheating me out of steps.

Almost ready to buy different device

Works horribly. Shouldn't even say that it works. Says you're taking steps when you're not. Two days in and forty dollars later I have already replaced it for a fit bit flex. Spend the extra money on something that actually works.

Actually band works fine, the app just needs a MAJOR update...

Bought the product, paid 40 bucks, charged it, wore it, Does NOT read the sleep thing like it claims. works fine for the activity But Not got anything else. i do not recommend wasting the money on it like i did.

the color schemes make it hard to read my steps, calories etc. Need to read those! Won't record my sleep like it's suppose to and every time I close app my band vibrates...really annoying

Total waste. Also purchased at big lots. Gargage.

It's not very accurate but it's a 20 dollar band, you don't expect much. I use it for the vibration notifications

This app doesn't even keep track of my steps it delete them the next day and all the calories too. This app and band is such a disappointment

the tracking device wont even charge! the app wont open on my ph and i have uninstalled and reinstalled yet still wont open!! want my money back!!

Tracker never goes into sleep mode and weekly/monthly should actually show numbers for stats and not a chart. I can't recall my steps or calories for previous days. Does track accurately but don't check it too many times because it will clear all your stats. Battery constantly disconnects!!!!

Sleep mode doesn't even work! Can't turn off Bluetooth despite uninstalling app & the battery being dead!Keeps pairing the band despite all this! Don't want to use it & I want to control my bluetooth. Please tell me how to stop it! When you call they say well, try this, when that doesn't work & call back they say try this! I should've been told the 1st call! Please reply & tell me how to stop it automatically pairing!

Hardware not so bad, never lost connection. Software is garbage. Froze frequently.

Everything was off and is very sensitive. It says you took a step when you've only moved your arm. Doesn't document sleep. Continues to vibrate? Sending it back.

My Antivirus is saying this app is a Trojan. Fix this or I will have to bring this back to Big Lots for a refund and I really don't want to.

At best, this is a wrist-worn text/call notification band, because that's the only function it performed even semi-consistently. It also seems to vibrate randomly. The app is terrible and doesn't store any information. The connectivity of the band through Bluetooth is shoddy (and that's me being generous). It records steps and miles when you're not even moving. Just return this and put whatever the refund is toward a fitbit.

My virus scanner pulls this up as a Trojan horse that sends small messages to premium services. Could cost you money! Beware!
