Qikwell - Doctor Appointment

For all appointments that I have had for doctors in Manipal hospital, it has worked like a charm... Consistently. Thank you for making it so easy! Only once I had booked an appointment with a private clinic, and they had no clue.. Thankfully I called them to check if the doctor was available, ( since I did not get any notification or reminder our call... ) and realized that they did not have tie up with quikwell anymore. I guess, it was a one off case. Overall a very very useful app!!

The app is easy to use, convenient, provides reminders etc. But the doctor ratings are not reliable and the appointment timings are not always right. Though they send a reassuring message that the appointment is confirmed and they will pay Rs. 1000 if doctor doesn't honor, this isn't true. Most times you end up waiting at the doctor's clinic even after confirmed appointment times. Sometimes clinic itself is closed at appointment time and Quikwel helpline is not easily reachable. They don't respond to emails

I just tried to book two consecutive appointments on the same day, one for my son and one for my daughter. But, I was unable to book the second appointment because the app prevented me from booking two appointments on the same day from the same mobile number. The helpdesk said that the same mobile number cannot have two appointments on the same day, and that I need to use another cell number. Now, that is absolutely silly. Does Qikwell operate on the logic that there will only be one child in the family?

Nothing as described. Still they make you to wait in que. The allotted slot timing by the app means nothing to the hospital. This app has no communication with the hospital staff. You will have to end up spending the whole day in the hospital. The major irritating part is that, the hospital allows booking appointments only through this app, which is a major failure.

I had an appointment with doctor @12:51 got confirmed and token is 38. And reached hospital 20 mints before but doctor is not there to attend patients. Doctor came late and 1st token started at 1:00 clock no message is came abt late. Quick well team is not aware until I gave the complaint. When I checked with support team& informed me it is not there responsibility. All patients were waiting in the hospital because of delay. Quick well team is not followed up with the hospital. Very bad experience with app

So far all good. Recommended to all. I was a regular Practo user. Switched now to qikwell due to unprofessional practo booking practices. They allowed me to book even if doctor was unavailable and made my half of the day wasted.

I was trying to get the appointment with Dr. Arvind Shenoi since last one week through web, but everyday I failed. When I went through this app, very next day I got appointment. It is very very helpful. Thanks a lot.

Say goodbye to calling up the hospital to procure an appointment with the doctor. Just book and Qikwell will take care of everything. Love the fact that we get reminders as well as cancellation notifications. Highly recommended!

It saves my time of waiting in queue for the doctor! And gives an estimated time of appointment, so tat u can reach ur targeted time, which helps u plan ur next schedule without any more long waits!

Birth year doesn't show up 2013. 2003 is the last what it shows up..

Hi, I cannot book two appointments in single application for my 2kids. I have to book in different phone number. And also I get two different slots which makes very difficult to meet the doctor. Today I got app at 12.55 and 3.22, where in I chkd in at 3.15 in hospital, but staff made me wait till she finish rest all the appointment (she sent 3patients who came after me). Bcoz I missed 12.55 app and has changed to walk-in patient. So what happened to my 3.22 slot? Even if we r early staff make us wait.

Why waste time n money on phone calls when you can book appointment with few clicks

Great app. Till now i have never faced a single problem and have booked all my appointments hastle free. I hope you maintain the same in future.

This made the chore of booking doctor appointment really easy ! Though my hospital had a website ....quickwells interface was much more easy and intuitive to use and made booking appointments very easy !

Bad experience with Qikwel and seems like that the things do not work with these as stated by them .... might uninstall and look for other better options

Great way to book appointments. Hassle free. Only complaint is that I can't find all my doctors on this. Would be great if they can update their database.

Nothing as described. No updates. No que visible. Still sitting in corridor at 1515 hrs. with another 2 hrs expected waiting time for appointment of 1334 hrs. No value of time even after charging so heavily.

Booked an appt when I went to the hospital the doctor was on leave ......lol I don't think it's important for doctors to update their leaves on this app..... it is definitely an inconvenience......

Am boking last one and haff month back ankura hospital but doctor not available in hospital at lest hospital no information i lodged complaint qikweel care agent called am explain problem but qukwell not paying any amout this app very good but hospital service bad doctor good doctor This booking is guaranteed by Qikwell. If doctor does not honour this appt we will pay you Rs. 1000. TC apply and details .this is wrong

Both appointments cancelled. I booked an appointment last week using the app, and when I called up the hospital to confirm the availability of the doctor, my appointment was cancelled by the hospital, saying that the doctor was on leave for the complete week. Again, when I checked for this week, the doctor was shown as available on 26th Jan; when I pointed this out to the hospital, the data was corrected. So, on 25th, I booked an appointment for today, 27th Jan. As soon as I reach the hospital, the doctor's secretary calls me saying that the doctor is not available, and that my appointment is being cancelled. So, how can I claim the cashback?

Booked an appointment for March 11th on March 2nd and it got cancelled today, March 10th. Since you didn't honor your promise and since the appointment is guaranteed by Qikwell, I stand eligible for 1000 Rs correct?

Easy interface to book appointments. Would be better if the fetching of appointment slots can be faster it is a bit slow now

Wow now no need to call and wait for operator and check on times etc., This gives full visibility and with one click everything is booked. Very much needed app for everyone.

Easy discovery of doctors, easy booking of appointments. Please implement cancel appointment feature. Also, since hospital also uses qikwell, show who is next in queue for the Dr in the app

Auto populates the doctors I have visited in fortis as they use qikwell services. Was easy to book the appointment, gives the dates and times clearly.

Good concept, but coverage needs to be imprved to make it single window option for all appointment related requirements.

I got the timing according to my convenience at Shivaprasad Clinic,Chitradurga. The New application is really good.We will also know if the doctor is available or not

I walk-in to a hospital and met the doctor and came. I didnt book appointment but the hospital uses qickwell, when i installed the qickwell later it has my previous appointment with this Doctor

App works for the timing, the doctor does not honor the appointment.

Appointment doesn't sync with hospital appointment list. No use of taking appointments here. Need to wait in long queue in hospital.

No need of calling hospital. Open it and book appointment. Would have loved if doc/ hospital reviews are also added. Loved the app.
