360 smart Camera

I bought this camera last week and initially was very happy with the functionalities and performance. But last couple of days I can't view the real time video at all, it keeps loading and loading. Are you going to do something about it?

After turning on, it usually works for like 30 minutes. But after that, can't connect to camera anymore remotely. It used to be working fine last time. But recently, not anymore.

The older version worked fine, but with this, when i press 'notification for house' in my notification bar, it will opened an app with pictures that camera taken, BUT, you couldn't exit, you couldn't go back, onyly thing to do was delete and install again. PLEASE FIX THIS

I have few 360 smart cameras, When trying to connect to app it's says they're connected to different account. Is there a way to reset and use them?Thanks!

Good app for Cam

Bought the camera few months ago. And it was working fine. Today it stop and its not connecting to the internet anymore. I triend reset. Even resetting my router and still nothing.. its just keep on blinking green light. :(

One day I got disconnected with it. Tried to log back in multiple times didn't work. Told that my password was wrong. Tried to retrieve the passord. Said I do not have an account. Tried register then it said “you already have an account”. Emailed support and was then asked to re-register. Tried again today. Got same response that I already have an account. Extremely disappointed. Useless! Won't recommend it to anyone.

Suddenly got disconect but not able to login. I can login now after putting the +country code

One of the reason I bought this camera was the selective zone. This feature has been removed (I cannot find it anymore) in the recent update. Please add the feature back as it would have become false advertising.

Still cannot view events with the latest version 5.5.8.0

After 5 months, with the latest app update & latest firmware now I can't add any single of my 360 smart cam (D606 1080p), it said due wifi connection problem. It still has potential, but Yi Ants smart cam is way better in app software. Hope they'll fix this bug and make the video streaming much faster just like Yi Home...

This app and also the camera are rubbish. Manual all in chinese, and i cannot understand any of it. Finally done install the app, but yet still cannot register and useless.

I can't connect to camera now, i using lastest version, developer check it again. Thanks

Use it to watch over baby. Clear video and a good app. Better than those typical cctv

Cant login in new version

Try multiple times to register with phone # and emails but keep getting " Failed to verify user data". The 360 smart camera is now useless as I cannot access to the app. I've used 360 security suite on my desktop and phones with an email account. But that doesn't grand me an access to this app....

The only 2 problems are unable to push notifications/alerts to my pebble time watch which I only see it on my phone notification bar and I often receive "unable to connect to network..." Please update the push notifications to smart watch and I will be more than happy!

Hard to register...

Always keep CPU busy even after killed. Please improve.

It is very good app to see your family members what are they doing at any time.

After the new update, the live feature automatically gone. Had been tried re-install but after few hours, still the same problem.

Can you add a fast forward function like x 2 x 4 x 8 x 16 speed in the play back? Just moving the time line function is hard to find out when thing is being moved or stolen. Thank you.

Video is very very laggy when viewing in android app. Whrn viewing in Iphone app, its very smooth. Pls improve the android app. Pls also add in fast forward function when viewing recorded video. Thk u.

Update the apps yesterday. Run fine. But today crash suddenly. Please help!

Not able to register on my phone as I missed the SMS messages for the verification code. Now saying too many times the same phone no. asking for verification code. How can get out of this situation and get thru registering on my phone?

Hope and improve House Guard Alert to mobile, because do not receive sound notification for the alert. And please solve the card playback. It is a pain when playback, slow and no responsive.

When wifi off, i can open it, then once wifi on again, it will close itself on my mi phone.
