This app was pretty good until the 12/14/16 version 12.0 update. Now, as soon as I open the app, it tells me I've been locked out of my account due to too many login attempts and that I need to wait 30 minutes. However, there's nothing I can do -- it happens as soon as I open the app. I called customer service, but they said they cannot unlock my account -- strange -- what good is customer service if they are not empowered to help. In short, this version is useless to me, so I uninstalled the app.

Downloaded the app from the laptop. It never came through. I went to the service desk at QFC Seattle, Northgate, and they said it should be there. But it isn't, so don't know how it works.

The app won't let you install it on SD card (to save system memory for other things). Welcome to the functionality of an app from 2005... Catch up, please. That's just basic stuff.

This app makes shopping a painfully tedious and frustrating experience. Give me one button that says "give me the best prices" period. Browsing to find sales is fine but forcing me to click on each one or get overcharged is enough to make me shop elsewhere. With paper coupons I can take the bundle without all that work.

I'm not going to blindly update your apps because you tell me to. You need to state what you're changing and why as well as explain your use of permissions before I trust you. Show me and other users some respect! One star due to what I can only perceive as arrogance.
