Actually concerts were good, but I can not cancel , wtf!

Your taking my money but can't access the concerts. If there is something wrong on my end, fine. But if not I want some kind of compensation. It's been like this for about 3 mos or more

I tried to cancel after the trial and it just takes you back to the Google Play Store.

SOmeone must be responsible for this....free trial are disguised as fixed subscription!!!!

I got app on PS3 video can't open please help or fix it.

PS4 no longer supports the App and the App keeps shutting down saying that the video format isn't supported even after watching it for a few minutes. Total fail unfortunately. Canceling Now. ***you have to cancel on their website.

Not a bad app but when you cancel they continue to charge you minth after month. Truly a scam.

Videos always lagging for some reason. Happens on multiple devices with. Not a device or Internet issue. Definitely on the qello side.

I looked up several classic rock bands. Not there. No results.....I an get more from you tube for free.....not paying for it. Not going to free trial it.. thx....

I have never provided a review on anything, however I am so disapointed with the content here that I can't remain silent. I previously had a monthly subscription, but I cancelled it due to budget restraints. Six months later I jumped in and purchased an annual subscription based on my previous experience. I immediately regretted it. After 30-45 minutes of scrolling through the site there were very few options that interest me. Many of the concerts that I had access to previously now come up as "not available in my region", or when searching by genre for R&B "there were issues finding selections in that genre," no results. The jazz options are not very impressive either. There are better options free online. The app works fine, never a glitch when scrolling and attempting to watch one of the available concerts. Unfortunately, after about 10 minutes of bordem, I'm back scrolling again. I just don't have much use for it.

I only gave this a bad review because it will not allow me to log in w/my Amazon account making it useless for me

After reading all the unanswered complaints I am glad I didn't try the free trial. You people should be criminally charged for fraud.

Just watched some concerts & music documentaries, and I love it!

Worked well for me. Unfortunately the budget won't allow me to keep it beyond the free trial so have to cancel. Sound quality was a bit dodgy on some videos but mainly the older ones where it has to be expected. Downloading/streaming was quite good which was surprising given my snail pace net connection. Even cancellation went easily although I have yet to see if it was truly effective. It seemed to work & was a straightforward, logical process. I quite enjoyed having it overall & consider it well worth the money (sadly, other bills have to take priority)

Content is horrible, and cancel subscription takes me here, even though in my Google play it doesn't show a subscription. I better not get charged after my trial. Even though I won't watch one concert on the trial period. People, do not sign up, use YouTube, or search elsewhere for free.

Only downloading this app to get the word out that this is a terrible service. My husband signed up for a free trial on playstation network and customer service is unreachable when you want to cancel. If someone from quello is reading this- contact me and give me my money back!!!

None of the concerts I tried playing worked. Even the previews won't play. Absolutely worthless.

Watched a concert and was brilliant on the fire stick better using YouTube dont mind paying the app 2 weeks free to try .

I had none of the problems others had. Worked great for me.

It's really hard to cancel the monthly payment.

Even in the highest streaming rate, sound quality is just awful...

I am trying to cancel free trial and it keeps sending me to the Google play store. Now it's going to bill my credit card again. Can someone figure this out otherwise I'll just dispute the charge with card company.

This app is great now I can watch Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, lynyrd skynyrd in one app. Thanks qello

They keep billing you even after you hit cancel membership and uninstall. Contacting credit card company Again in the morning and will file fraud charges against the company. This is outrageous b.s.

Cancelling after about 10 minutes. You can't run this app in the background on the Samsung S7. I'm not one to watch every minute of a concert - but I love live music. So I want to be able to start the concert, and then flip over to other content or simply shut off the screen to save my battery... Sorry. if you can fix, I'll gladly resign.

You must cancel on your computer in order for you to actually cancel! It's also not supported on ps4 anymore, yet I was still charged 2 months after it was removed from the only system I used this app on. Crooks

ALREADY CHARGED ME TWO MONTHS AFTER I CANCLELED AND CONTACTED THEM, JUST OPENED A CASE AGAINST THEM WITH MY BANK No email to say money is being debited monthly, forgot i even signed up, tried to cancel subscription and it just opens google play instead of cancelling!!!
