They just know to steal money, no customer support or satisfaction at all. They had to refund 100/- rs due to some reason. Its almost two months and the customer care just answers that we will arrange a call for you. Don't download this useless application.

Very very poor support took money in advance but no food delivery. Neither returned debited money...very very disappointed with the service. Unless you don't believe in giving quality service you will newer grow. When its comes about money with such a service customer looses trust ...would not recommend this app to any one .will not be using it....Pathetic learn something from very young Apps like SWIGGY

Customer care person does not even care to pick up the phone and answer about the delivery. Pathetic service. They made me to pay online and when it comes to deliver they are avoiding the calls. Never order food from here.

Dear Nitefoodie, After Coming back late from my work, I want my food I am ready to wait for 30-45 mins so I don't have to cook, to do that I place my order, I pay online, order gets confirmed and then after half an hour I get a call that I can't get my order cause technical reasons, so they say change the restaurant, they will give me coupon fine, but now when I ordered pizza I have to order Chinese, fine I like Chinese, then app says sorry it can't deliver it at my address, what is wrong with you guys?

I installed this app to order some food online at odd hours. I ordred from a restraunt called "on my mind " which was showing available .. Order no #omm 7731 .. I made the payment online .. Food was never delivered + money hasnt been refunded back + no one picks up the customer care helpline... WHEN WILL YOU RETURN MY MONEY..??????? :@

I ordered at 1:49 am and still they didn't recived order till 2:21am ... so think how late they will deliver ... foood .... online payment ...but still no revert from this side nor the order was seen in order history .... nither through sms nor through mail .... if possible compensate too for this error they are not bothered not even they refunded back my money they even didn't send me my order number

Relied upon niteFoodie during my short stay in Pune. Love the food . Surprised to see that it got low rating by one user since its not serving in Mumbai.. Not that such people are morons but can't find better word to describe such people

I ordered American chopseuy and all i got was a disastrously soupy,overly sweet mess not even remotely resembling the dish.It was way too Saccharinous,there were no noodles at all,no fried egg on top.I doubt if the cook even knows what an American Chopseuy is.I could have made a better dish than the absolute train wreck of a dish i was delivered.If this is what to be expected from late night food delivery services then I'd rather make an effort to have my dinner early than taste this rubbish again.

These guys are really kickass. The app experience is very good and fast. They delivered the food to my doorstep in less than 25 mins. The food was hot when delivered. Guys! to have food in the night this is THE app.
