This app is one big glitch, and I am on a Galaxy S3. Waiting for chats stays in limbo even when someone attempts a chat. Their logo stays on the screen for 10 seconds while the app loads. All of this should be instant. Great concept but this is terrible
Makes the HelpOnClick experience even more worthwhile. Now I can chat to my website visitors whilst away from my laptop
Program boots up around 2-3 minutes. Does not have the feature to run on background which would be the most important. Get that issue fixed and you will get 5stars

Rarely works as it should, has not been updated in 4 years and eats battery like there is no tomorrow. Very disappointed, especially since the iOS app looks much better and has been released only a few months ago. When can we get an update to last century's Android app?
