Glad they fixed the the problem from the update

I like how I can see all my accounts at a glance. Transferring between accounts or paying bills is easy too.

I like this app , it helps me keep track of my accounts.

I love it. It helps you keep track of the balance of your car loan.

Its easily accessible to see your accounts without having to log online

It was good until the update that happened week of April 7th. Now the app will not log in. It is just easier to go directly to the website. The app is worthless if not working proper

Since the update on 4/7/17 it makes me log in 3 times and I uninstalled and reinstalled and it won't let me log on says invalid password. Tried forgot my password and it won't let me do anything.

I am also having to login twice...as of this week. I tried uninstalling and re-adding the app but it didn't work.

Since latest update 04/07/17 The App makes me go through 2 login screens. Why?

Since the update, it is not letting me log in. It's supposed to be easy to use, and it's difficult having to sign in multiples times, only to have to use the website itself. Fix it!

Can no longer log in since the last update. This app is useless now.

The finger print scanner works, makes login faster. The menu could be better. I.E. being able to transfer funds straight from the account screen instead of selecting a different menu. Would also be nice if they would get with the newer options of pay like Samsung Pay especially since i still haven't received new chip cards.

Pretty Good. I was going to complain that you couldn't save reoccurring transfers. But as it turns out once you rate the app the prompt for a rating disappeared and the submit option appeared! Works for me now!

This app has always been difficult to use between the slow response time to bad design to too few menu options. The menu is not completely logical, the "bill pay" section is scattered, unorganized, and difficult to edit/track, and now with the update, I no longer have the ability to do a mobile check deposit. I've been a customer for almost 20 years, but I'm just about ready to find a financial institution that REALLY wants to make it convenient for their customers to conduct business daily. Get with it.

Subpar app that runs fairly slow. No tools for convience for customers that aren't very close to a branch. I could of sworn the old app had mobile check deposit. Even if it didn't why wouldn't this one?

This app makes making our car payment super easy! No sending anything through the mail or having to make a trip to the bank.

I love this App. It's light and I can do all my daily task with it. I hope they add a "QR reader" feature to upload read checks to our account.

Sometimes remembers me, sometimes doesn't.

I just love this App I'm able to do all my banking needs with my smartphone.

Absolutely love this place !!! Been a member for 24yrs and loved every year dealing with this loyal institution.

Was able to locate the fingerprint authentication within the app which gives app a huge bonus!

All the services that I require at my finger tips. ..

By far the best banking app I have used.

Would give 5 but outside atm is down a lot and never enough inside tellers.

List of problems: #1 Remember me check box does nothing; #2 No quick log in option (pin or fingerprint); #3 Slow as hell; #4 Clunky interface; #5 Get locked out of the account WAY too easily (3 or 4 bad password attempts requires calling the bank). Once you get in you can do banking things, but it's just so unpleasant to use.
