The app works just fine when I can log in, easy to navigate and you can do pretty much anything you can do on the website. Only problem is, I can't log on. I'll enter my credentials, sign in, then it'll just fade to a black screen twice and freeze.

Works great in the states. 5 stars. I'm in the army deployed in Kuwait and the mobile app crashes everytime I log in. Even y'all's website shows a blank page when I log in on my laptop to check my acct. balances

It's old, outdated. I use the website from my phone most often.

After entering my login information, the application goes to a loading screen. The load bar fills all the way up and then nothing happens. It stays stuck and won't let me do anything.

I get through my username and password and it loads on the next screen and then freezes. Have read that some others are having same issue. I have a Galaxy S5.

UHCU has followed through on a commitment to Android and I'm grateful, keep up the good work!

App reverts to sign on screen every time I select capture back image

App doesn't work. Can't log in to accounts. App crashes. Had these problems for years. Useless app

Multiple phones, multiple install/reinstall and still never opens. Always some " unknown error"

It was hard to get the website going. Had to deleted and download it multiple times and keep submitting the code. Once I got it going it works just fine.

This app is easy to navigate. I especially love being able to deposit checks with this app since I don't live in the town where I do my banking.

Works great, can check my balance, transfer funds and deposit my checks!

Simple, effective and overall easy to use!

This app is a downgrade from the previous version in terms of UI feel and optimization. Very slow and buggy

Just sits at login screen. I get a text message saying a user logged into my account (me) but the app refuses to go past the login screen. Nothing happens. Happens on both my note 4 and tab s2.

I can log in fine, but to transfer money? Forget it. Won't display select fields. So frustrating because it's worse on the website if you don't have good Internet at home.

banked with UH since before that. They have always done right by me. In all that time, I've not had problem one.

New version sucks I can't transfer funds I can't deposit checks all it good for is to check balances when the app is actually working properly.

I found the old Webpay pending transaction list in the Advanced section of the application. Thanks for keeping this feature.

The screen loads, then takes me back to log in screen. Basically, its like this app doesnt exist to me. Very dissapointed

Don't call this bs an update. Can't transfer money, the windows have no interaction programmed into them. Can't bill pay. Literally when I tell the app to do anything past signing in, nothing happens. At all.

The update made the UI way clunkier, and mobile check deposit doesn't work. I just get a popup asking me to "please use our app". Bruh what do you think I'm seeing this popup on.

The app does what I need it to do, an gets the job down I'm able to transfer funds with eez. An check how much play money I have left:)

Wonder how much data I have wasted trying to login. If I can receive a text message stating successful login, why can't the app access the page. Works best on Wi-Fi

Always have an error when logging in or server down.

Somewhat better. Users have no say in feature changes.

I'm all great with it. If I didn't use an hour of my life JUST TO INSTALL THIS APP FOR THE SIXTH TIME. Every other week the app completely crashes and won't go past the load screen so that I can log in. Maybe I'm lucky and their app crashes before I transfer my entire checking acct. to my brother's acct.

Bring back the old app PLEASE. I can't see my password, a MUST with small mobile keyboards and passwords that require special characters. I can't get logged in. The remember me checkbox doesn't work other than clearing what you already entered . Horrible. I had to go to the browser and then it made me get a code.

More than doubled the size the app takes up on phone due to sloppy programming. App is slower than previous version. Not all apps need the ugly material design.

I am finding the Application loads better and is much easier to use since it has been updated. (It's been awhile since I have used the app so it feels like it has come a long way)

Allows phone access to my account without a lot of grief. Overall, a decent app.

So far so good. I use this app to monitor savings balance.
