SAC Mobile Access

Have had the Nexus 7 for 3 year and now have the Nexus 9. App still says "not compatible"! WTF!!

I can't seem to remote deposit, which is the way banks should work by now.

Was a good way to check the account and make transfers. Now I have to uninstall and reinstall the app about every week to get it to load (samsung galaxy s6).

Worked for a long time, stopped letting me log in over the weekend.

This app work sometimes an then sometimes u have to delete the app an download it again for it to work sometimes

Won't let me sign in

Slow and clunky. If you let your session time out and attempt to open a new page it will display a generic iis error.

The mobile app sucks. Obviously not concerned with being on the same playing field as their competitors!

Doesn't recognize my name or pass from bill pay. Should be the same thing,right?

Needs to be available for tablets! Application only works on phones. There is no way to close the application.

If you type a non alpha numeric character in the password field, it enters 2 characters. Cant log in.

Great for checking balances and transferring funds between accounts. Some more credit card info would be nice.

I downloaded the app on my LG Lucid, but I am unable to log in.

Will the development team ever create anything that is user friendly?

Saw that SAC finally made an app, I am unable to log in but my boyfriend can log in through his phone.

Can't log in. Says my login can't be found

Just a website in the app. Does show balance but its slow and clunky. Would be nice to have a native app with check deposit.

Details view only shows balance, there are no details shown. I need the details

Please update. I hate when apps override the back button and prevent users from exiting.

Works like it should...doesn't save login info but im okay with that from a banking ap. Easy to use, no performance issues on S3

Every time I attempt to transfer funds, I press a number and it takes me to dialing out the number pad in sequential order

The app needs a close button and nerds stay to date on its accounts . I have three kids and i am always using the app to check my balance and on many occasions my account had gone negative due to the lack of updating and this is following what it says is available. and if will I'd gonna use a "memo hold"than that hold should stay in place

It's not real "app". It's just a webpage inside of what is supposed to be an app.. It's slow and you have to login every time you want to use it.

Has all the useful account info needed, detailed account activity. Works well

It's not really an 'app' when you have to log in every time you use it. Inorder to be convenient, it should store that info and log me in automatically.
