The old version was better. Nothing is up to date. It used to show up instantly but now I doesn't. I really hate it!

Wonderful! ... Balances are always up to date, I pay on my car loan with no problem, I can see everything... Super awesome app! A must have!

The font is too light and the balances are not up-to-date. My text balances are more up-to-date than this app. I tried to transfer money from one account to another kept giving me error messages and try again. Did what it said ended up transferring the same amount of money 4 times had to cancel them all.

The mobile deposit function is tremendously flawed. There are several checks I deposited that withdrew more money from my bosses account than were written on the check. That is AFTER putting in the correct amount manually! It has told me my check was previously deposited directly after getting it out of its envelope and it won't even deposit some bank's checks.

Update: Pin number login is a time saver!! The constant updates are finally paying off. It's much easier to navigate and the mobile deposit issues seem to be fixed. I would love to see the fingerprint scanner implemented into the login to save some time and add a little more safety. Keep up the good work!

The login is just plain awful! Idk if it's my phone but i have to type my password and press login over and over before i can finally get in! Sometimes you need to check your balance quickly so this is so frustrating!!

So the app keeps giving me error messages and not logging me in. Ill hit login and itll tell me and unknown error has occurred so I have to hit login like 20 times then itll flip to the next page and the bar will load but then wont do anything. And my FICO credit score wont update, been the same since July. Please fix!

Don't like how my recent transactions look. The writing is too light And it's kind of hard to tell which are deposits and which are deductions. The color coding always helped me

This app is just horrible, it keeps saying my login and password ls incorrect. I have to uninstall and install again just to login in.

App keeps freezing up and won't let me log out! Then during a transaction it will suddenly log me out

I just downloaded the app. AND I CANT EVEN LOG IN!!! It says loading the stays on the sign in page. Terrible because I can't even use the app. What a waste!!!

It did work fine but when I needed it most it stopped working can not even get in to my account. Was in Minnesota because mom died and needed to check account and can not access. Very mad please fix

This app only works half the time. It's extremely frustrating

This app is horrible it is constantly freezing up and not responding. Still the same unable to log in.

Mobile Deposit is not working. I keep getting error message. This is very disappointing

Won't show transaction when transferring between accounts or a transaction when you do a mobile deposit letting you know the transaction is pending

I don't like the new layout. The writing is too light. I liked it better when the deductions were red and the deposits were green.

I wish the locations feature would show you ALL possible locations and atms similar to that of the locations feature on the actual website. The app version is very limited and I often have to switch between the app and the browser to find a local atm or shared branch.

App force closes most of the time. Please add finger print unlock to it like bank of America has.

After logging in 2 or 3 times I have to uninstall app to get it to work again

Very useful when away from home to handle banking needs in a pinch.

Great app for basic functions. Never had an issue.

Nice app

The new app started crashing immediately upon logon a few months ago. Sometimes the app will say it has stopped working, then it will open. Also, it appears to login then stops. I have to close the app & then reopen in order to logon. This happens everytime I logon. I have even uninstalled & reinstalled the app! Same thing! I never had this problem with the older version of the app.

Before they starting do all of the updates on this app it worked pretty well, not anymore now it works when and if it wants to. I have sent more reports to notify them that the app keeps crashing than I care to count, I've just given up because nothing has been done about it and I don't even get a reply.

Use to love the app... Checking my a count simple and easy from anywhere which is great cause I work out of town days at a time. Now the app won't even log in... I haven't been able to use this app for a while now. Whoever made this thing should be fired it's useless

Bank policies only allow 1 username and password for each account. Not worth the extra effort to get my husband's information just so I can use the app.

This was an awesome app you have to re do it for att's new software update I can only deposit one check then the app locks up my camera. Stopping the app then restarting it doesn't help. I have to reset my phone after every check. Kind of a pain in the butt with multiple checks. I may start depositing them into my bank of Internet account if you don't get this figured out soon.

I love most of the features of this app, but mobile deposit no longer works. I tried it on a Galaxy 5 and my new 7. Customer service at the credit union tried to say it was my phones. I guess the app won't be fixed anytime soon.

Now when I try to log on, it just stops and I'm never able to view my account. Please fix because it use to be very convenient.

Like the new look, but the whole interface is not properly coded for use on the mobile. I would rather go back to the old app than deal with the problems this new app creates.

I use to love this app but after the latest update it doesn't work. I put in all my credentials and the screen shows loading but never does. Huge disappointment! !!

Time I login the app it ALWAYS throws me out of it! Then it will take forever to try to open up.

Still can't login. Why aren't you fixing this? Nobody can even use the app
