I use this app all the time for checking balance and transferring money. I travel a lot so being able to locate co-op ATMs and shared branches is really awesome since the mobile site doesn't work so great. The mobile deposit function works but the check has to be on a dark background and very well lit or it won't get the picture. Definitely recommend if you have NWCU as your financial institution. Transactions are shown in real time, so it makes it really easy to keep on budget while travelling.

Can't login cleared catch, saved data, uninstalled reinstalled. Just get error cant find server. Also I dont like how it takes so much time for transactions to to show up. When i run my card it should show instantly. Not a day or 2 later. Would be fine if it happens sometimes but its most. We live in a time that if the money is missing it should show why.

Since the update there are no brackets to line up the checks even though those are the directions on the screen. The camera no longer focuses so they won't accept the deposit. If you uninstall & reinstall it will work the first time but not after that. Very frustrating. Please fix it. It used to work great.

I love the ease of use of this app, but not when it takes 15 minutes to sign in! Most of the time I can't get past the login page without tapping multiple times and reentering the info. Needs lots of bugs worked out!

Decent app when it works. Consistently freezes at load screen when logging in. Lately it hasn't been able to reach the server every time I try to log in. I can tolerate inconsistency in almost any app besides one for banking. It needs to work when a customer needs it to. Seriously has me considering switching banks.

Decent app, but I can only use it on one device: phone, tablet, or computer; very annoying. I also have to log in twice, because it doesn't load my account the first try; it just keeps loading until I cancel and try again.

Used to work but now not so much. Very annoying that it keeps kicking me offline in the middle of my transactions. You guys have got to fix this mess

I can't even make it past the loading page now. Before the updates, I didn't have one single problem. Now, I can't do anything. It really angers me

It is always a hit or miss when I try to sign in. More often then not it won't load. **I have not been able to login for over 2 months using this app. It is horrible.**

This app use to work great. Now I can't get passed the login screen. Keeps saying it can't connect to the server. Been doing this for 3 days now!! How am I suppose to check my accpunt?! The site won't work on my home or work computers either! Keeps saying that the site is having issues and advises me to not enter any information.

This used to work great, but now when you try to log in, half the time it sits on the loading screen forever. It also takes tapping the icon twice every single time I try to open the app because it fails the first time. It will no longer save my log in ID either even though I prompt it to every time. Please fix this!!

Terrible. Use to be great but can't even deposit checks anymore and credit card balance is always off and doesnt offer a view of transactions. Waste of phone storage

It used to work great but now I can't even log in. It says "can't find server". Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Didn't even know there was an update. Needs fixed ASAP as I used this quite a lot.

Been using this app for a year with no problem, but for the last week I can't log on. Can you fix this problem please?

This app is SO FRUSTRATING! More than half the time it gets hung up logging in, so that you have to try over and over again just to check your stinking account. Most of the time I end up just going to their website. Every time it updates, it gets worse. Response time for questions on your account is DAYS. By the time they answer, you've already gone in to a branch and figured it out yourself. Beyond a waste of time.

I have done everything to make sure I can use the App but to no avail. Update: Again, a year later, can't use app now. Says server unavailable for almost a week

I used to love this app rarely had an issue. But with the last update the app is almost impossible to get to work. It sits in the login in screen and doing nothing more times than it works!!!! SUPER IRRITATING!!!!

Easy to use and it shows ALL accounts; immediate access to separate accounts with updated balances. Deposits are available same day, even if deposited into ATM. Friendly customer service and employees that go out of their way to help you with even the tiniest questions. A+ in my book.

For the last three days, I haven't been able to log in. It keeps saying "unable to connect to server"!!!!!! What the heck happened??? I uninstalled and reinstalled th app but it did not fix the problem! Please fix it!!!

Better than the previous version. Bug: Cannot close billpay and return back to regular menu. Press 'close' and app freezes, and need to shut app.

After the bugs were all fixed in this app now it won't log me in. It stays on loading and doesn't do anything. Why is there so many issues with this app?

Since the update I can't get past the logging in screen not on data or using wifi. Fix it. Tired of waiting for it to try logging in and not working.

Worked ok for about a year, slow but ok. Then suddenly "cannot connect to server" shows every time I try to log in. Had to use the regular website.

Can't deposit checks. Very very frustrating!! Sure wish they could fix it. I have the Samsung edge, is anyone else having problems depositing checks with the Samsung edge?

Always had problems logging in. The rest works okay. I couldn't use it for a while and accidentally overdrew my account because of it!

Not well thought out in respect to other banking apps.

Most of the time I can't get the app to fully load so I'm not able to get into my accounts

I can't even get in to check my account! The app used to work great but no longer lets me get past the loading screen 80% of the time.

Everything you need right here this app exceeded my expectations. It's functional, very easy to use. It's free, if it wasn't... I would still have it. Ty Mr.B

I have to frequently reinstall because it stops loading.

I use this app frequently and have not had any problems. Satisfied.
