Since the update it sucks. It takes forever to load and then if it does it don't tell you anything. I can't even see what I had get returned. I had to call and ask. Bring back the old one please.
It won't open 80% of the time. Can't login to see my account
It used to be great. Then something happened and all of a sudden it gives me a "network connectivity error". Also dislike the new format that gives the total Balance instead of the available.
Doesn't work. Won't log in. I've restarted it, reinstalled it- nothing works. Needs help.

If you go into your normal online account, and in the side bar tab, click mobile, then activate use on mobile device it will work. They need to specify that more, it is a safety precaution which is smart but again, I think better specifics are needed in the description. Still, once you activate your Mobile account it's very easy and user-friendly.
It says it's not compatible with my Nexus 7 or Nexus 9 so I can't install on my tablet. Will rate higher once it's tablet compatible

Odd app - no exit option? Easier to just log in through the browser.
App was working great until about 2 months ago. Very slow response if your lucky enough to get it to open which is about 20% of the time
Slow loading up compared to my other bank apps. 80% of the time there is login issues. Fix it please!
Ever since I updated I can't ever log in. Once in a great while I can but I've been trying to log in all weekend & it just tells me error....before the update I never had issues.
All the online banking features you'd expect. I've been using it to do bill pay for almost 2 years, both scheduled and one time pay. I use a Samsung S5 so I'm not sure how well older smart phones may work...but the app works well on my phone.
Since update this weekend, I have been unable to log on. Frustrating.
I can no longer see any balances on any of my accounts. Please fix soon, and this will be upgraded. Also, it would be nice to see individual charges to my credit card.
The app is fancier than the old version but it takes too long to load, even on excellent wifi, and is glitchy. I tried to click the menu, to transfer money to my savings, and it took 2 minutes to open. I'll uninstall and access online for faster useage. Please fix mass bugs.
I liked the old interface better, it was simple but worked well. The new interface looks fancy but functionality does not work well. Every time I want to check a different account it takes so long to load and its glitchy AF!
Never accepts pictures of checks for mobile deposit.. Fix this and it would be fine
Having a heck of a time getting bill pay to work. Please fix this soon and I might rerate higher.
I can't believe how bad this is app is. Since the UI change everything is unresponsive or slow. Same with their redesigned website, just garbage.
This app is a clone of the recently updated site. It's fully functional.

My new phone was not focusing the images correctly. I discovered if I tap my screen before taking the picture, it will focus for you. My checks no longer get rejected.
Took many rejected mobile deposits to figure out I have to tap screen to focus. Not sure if everyone knows you need to do that, I think most people anticipate auto focus.

camera focus bad. several attempts with good lighting and still won't accept submission since it can't read the bank info on bottom of a check.

My main reason for using this app was to do mobile deposits. The camera used on the app is awful and doesn't focus on the check so I'm unable to do mobile deposits. Disappointing! On another note,i didn't have any trouble signing in and the bill pay feature is on there so that's a plus.
I got this app primarily for mobile deposit and the camera refuses to focus for that feature. Galaxy S3 if that matters to anyone.

This app is less functional than the browser, needs passcodes from the browser and the graphics are not as polished.
I can take clear pictures of checks with my phone camera app, but the MEFCU app won't focus.
I moved from iPhone to Android, and was glad to see I didn't lose functionality in the credit union app. The features I use (overview, account history, transfer, messages and alerts) work well and are intuitive.
There is no way to close this app.
I was exited to use the app mostly for the mobile deposit feature. The camera will not focus thus it cannot read the check data. Please update your app to make this feature operational. Otherwise this is a decent app.

Has changed layout so you see your total account balance instead of what's actually available. It's very annoying since the actual account balance is in very tiny print. Change it.
