WHAT IF I went for a stroll on the beach today and was suddenly kidnapped for ransom by Somalian pirates,thrown down a dirt pit on a deserted island where I only survived on a few drops of water I gathered from the condensation from the screen of my Samsung. Dying & waiting for the ransom to be payed, I suddenly remembered about the new and improved ILWUCU app where I can transfer my funds directly into the Pirates account....Freedom!! But I forgot, its the "improved" ILWUCU app..... ill stay home today

Very disappointed with Ilwu,I expected more. Not only people with samsung smartphones can't login,but the still haven't fixed the problem with being able to view your check that have been cashed. Get a better support team! Way out in Riverside can't just walk in like some. Disappointed :-(

I'm about ready to give up on the credit union. NOTHING ever works - not there nonexistent customer service, there website is always down or need to be verified even though I work off my same personal devices and computer, their systems are archaic, even their atm's at their two branches. I'm not surprised that the app sucks, just like the overall credit union. I've had the app downloaded for two weeks and have never been able to access it. This is the second time I've tried downloading it. Stay away!

About a week ago this app stopped working for me. I Uninstalled then re-installed and nothing.

The best improvement I've seen in an app in a long time keep up the good work

Works very well, I just hope they have the proper security support do hackers can't dig into it...so far updated version is by far way easier and faster...

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Never had a problem with it. What more can you ask?

I find it doesn't keep my account up to date. I can't get an account overview of funds, no matter what it always says I have nothing. I understand its a small bank , so I'll cut them some slack for trying.But it needs to be updated very soon because at this point its just taking up space on my phone.

this app is not working on my galaxy s3. I'm not able to open the app for some reason please fix it

It doesn't look at let me know looking pending transactions now for transactions that I've made it only does basic things online and that's not really help like if I bought something in the store I can't tell him that transaction still pending or not and basically that's what I got the app for so technically the apples garbage for what I intended it for but still helpful overall so its not complete for it has its benefits overall I give it up for a fire it lost a whole star because but other than that it's
