DFCU Mobile

I love the people who work in the bank the tellers are fantastic and so is the young lady who greets you who has all the information.But trying to set up bill pay has been a nightmare for me. I have never had any trouble in any other bank to set up bill pay that I have had with this particular system. I have been trying since the 15th they reset it and it still doesn't work. And now because I thought it could be easy I'm going to have to figure out another way to pay this bill without getting penalized because the system doesn't work. And the time in which they get back with you it's never in the same day when you have a problem and even if you call at 8:30 in the morning. If this doesn't get rectified I most likely will be taking all of my business somewhere else it's too much work to just get things set up.

I just got the Moto z2 Force and the app has me log in twice and then gets to a screen that says loading accounts but never get past that. What's up???

This is a nice app. It allows you to do most tasks you would expect. The interface and died are quite nice too. However, you are transferred to a different web site for all credit card transactions and credit card details and bill pay tasks.

My only complaint is it won't "remember" my user ID despite "remember me" being ticked.

Love your customer service and app but PLEASE fix the mobile deposit errors! "Cannot process front or back image."

Is it possible to get an option that other bank apps have to view current balances without having to log in?

Works great for keeping up with banking info on the go!

Could ise an option to view entered characters for the password.

Ok so I figured out why this app sucks so bad. It's because it isn't a mobile app at all. It's just a mobile optimized version of the website. Sure there is a .apk, but this "app" doesn't behave like one. For openers it still asks me to "register my browser" when I log in. WE AREN'T USING A BROWSER, WE ARE USING A MOBILE APP!!! Register my device ID like apps have done for the past 10 years. DFCU, you cheapo'd out on making an app and it shows

Slow as molasses. Wait, even molasses is faster. It's a browser version,not a true app. Terrible.. it asks me to register my browser...lol... pathetic

Not a bad app, but unfortunately just a mobile optimized website, which isn't all bad. I'm on an android device on the android app and the app asks for touch id to sign in. Small bug when using fingerprint sensor to sign in. Please fix!

Its okay they do use the orginal website template and implemented a mobil version of it which makes the phone a little confused. Other than that its good.

DFCU has fixed many of the bugs this application launched with. It is still slow to login. Some features are not optimized for mobile device use. It's usable overall, but underwhelming.

New updates allow you to group accounts. Now I can easily see the accounts I use the most. Love it! So much better than the old one. I like that I can see current and available balance on the home page. It looks very sleek and modern.

Very easy to check balances, see account history and transfer funds. Super easy to deposit checks and view statements. You can set up Alerts to be notified when money is withdrawn from an account or a balance reaches a certain amount. Log in with fingerprint sensor is fast. Many useful and time saving features!

It is to slow, to many errors, and half the time.you can't even log in at all. Not happy with it.

I was forced to update. Now it will not work unless they have your. contact permission.

I love using this app compared to other banking online apps. It is overall very user friendly and has several options to search within each account!!

This makes life easier now that I don't need to go to the credit union to make deposits.

Funds transfer option still does not work.

Works besides edocuments. Some reason the PDF files look like they download but they don't open.

I love the online banking feature. I can check my balance any time.

I have been with DFCU since 1988....this app is one of the best services offered

I like this new version of the android app for the smoothness and consistency of operation. The only thing I don't like as well is Bill Pay, and I mention it here because I noticed it first in this mobile app, but the full website has the same issues. Not as useful as before
