have to log into my account 4 times to get it to work. Come on guys get you stuff together. If the people at the Arcata branch weren't so awesome I would switch banks because of the app
This app is horrible. My son works for credera they can fix this app. Whoever designed it didn't know what they are doing.
What an embarrassment. At least make the app usable before releasing it.

Android bug makes for a 50/50 chance to access accounts first try. Usually have to hit back and log in a second time to actually get to accounts. Interface is sluggish at best - guess this is the best we can get for a small area.
New version makes me register device everytime! Please fix
It takes me multiple tries to even be able to log in, let alone get an accurate account statement. This entire app needs to be reconfigured so it works well with both android and iOS, not just the later. The inefficiency of this app has me serioulsy contemplating changing banks. This is the worst app I have ever used.
The app crashes in the billpay section so I can't tell if I have completed the transaction. Please fix ASAP since the billpay is a very important part love this app service. Other then that I have not had problem.
Takes a min of 2 tries to log in.. every time.. I thought it was my phone forever. .. it like freezes ... boots you out.. once I'm in I guess it's fine
I updated the app since the check flash was crashing my camera on my galaxy s5 and now it won't finish the login bar at all so I can't use any of the features.
It won't open. End of story. I can no longer login to my account with this app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've even gone as far as trying to make it work on a new phone. This product shouldn't exist, they may as well take this app offline.
Trying to setup everything and it won't go to new user goes to change password even tho I didn't press that button. Super frustrating
I have to register my phone EVERY TIME I SIGN ON. No good.
I would love to see a fingerprint scanner added, otherwise I don't have anything bad to say, just glad to have a banking app for Coast Central
Won't let me transfer funds.
To use the check flash I install the app, use the flash, Uninstall, reboot phone then install app.. repeat as often as needed.. works but it takes time..more than I like. But. It works! UPDATE: 16 August 2016: YEAH! Just discovered the flash will now do multiple checks. Thank you for finally fixing this!

app used to be great until they overhauled it a few years ago. the bank was nicer too.

Can't log in. If you do manage to log in works ok except the flash check deposit will crash the camera and force the phone to be shut off and restarted to work again. Terrible.
I haven't been able to login to my account with this app for MONTHS! It worked wonderfully BEFORE the redesign, now it freezes on the loading screen after I enter my CORRECT login info.
Takes multiple attempts to log in, does not factor in pending transactions with overall balance. Basically only works when it wants to.
It won't let me create an account. Every time I click "new user" it takes me to "forgot password" page.
This app suck. It is always says unable to open. Check flash never works. All in all. Sucks

Only loads after continually starting it, over and over again, they need to do a bug fix. Only had the problem after the new update before it worked great.

I can never log in and it's very aggrivating. I don't know what got messed up when updating the app but now I can't even use it.
Updated Coast Central app displays only your full balance on front page, you have to click through and extend an account in order to view your available balance (i.e. how much money I am able to use???). Even with this knowledge I have mistakenly taken the number at face value and overdrawn deveral times a week... My fault I know, but it seems the available balance should not be so difficult to navigate to, as all i use the app for is avail. bal.s, transfers, and Checkflash.
I've had more issues with the check flash deposit and it's very aggravating, being that my husband is in the military and this is the only way I can do banking here.

Was a great app until the update. Now I can't even log in :(
Since the update the app crashes as soon as it starts. Many times it doesn't accept my password even though it's the correct password. The old version was simple, the update is a pain! :( IT GETS WORSE WITH EVERY UPDATE! >:(
Used it all the time until the last update. Now it's broken caught in an infinite log in loop. I could write an app with a better interface and on that actually works. Will update rating when usable again.
Like everyone else is saying, it used to work fine, but now it freezes during loading. If it helps anyone, I have this problem on a Samsung galaxy s5.

Since last update it's even worse. I didn't think that was possible. Lowered to 1 star. Shows transactions pending that have gone through. Requires a new access code every time I log in..everytime. That's when I can log in. Is gone from bad to worse. My kid could make a better app. Get it together, peeps. No wonder their lines are out the door nobody can use the check flash. Last time I was at one of their branch locations I waited 25 minutes to deposit a check. Went to deposit another one today and another astronomical line. Either fix the app or hire more people.
