This app is incredibly laggy with my device. I have tried it across multiple phones and the problem remains. For how little it seems to be doing checking my balance and simply tapping an item to view where it came from is an exercise in patience. Fine idea, lackluster execution.

Despite a lot of the negative reviews, I can honestly say that everything works for me. So far since I got the update I have: contracted them from the app, checked my balance, transfered money to another member and deposited a check from my friend. Not sure if I'm increasingly lucky or if there are bugs but my phone just works, and I use this app multiple times a day.

This app has frozen my phone and left my camera inoperable without restarting my phone (samsung galaxy 5). It did the same thing to my husband's, which is a 4. This app used to work. It also triggered my verizon security and called it a threat last weekend because of it's ability to take control of my camera, microphone, etc. Please fix this!!! Update 8/5/16: They must have abandoned this app because the issue still is there. Messed up both a Samsung Galaxy 5 and 6. Boooo

Been having this problem for the last several days now. Maybe longer, I don't check this constantly. Great when it works though.

The app would get 5 star if I could deposit more than 1 check without having to restart my phone to get the camera to work again. Same complaint as many others on here.

Google Pixel. App seems to register touches about a half inch below where you actually touch, if it registers at all. Mobile check deposit crashes sometimes. Other than the touching bug, it works okay

Used to work perfectly, but for over 2 weeks now all the stupid thing keeps doing is saying "Error: unable to reach server" :/

After constant maintenance and issues i am still unable to open this app a week later. Definitely switching banks.

Has always worked great but lately it has trouble connecting to server. I use this to pay all my bills. Fix it already...

Error: unable to reach server. It happens every time even after reinstalling. With or without correct login information. Unusable in its current state

Seriously. Can we get a fix any time soon?

Can not get checks to deposit thru Android turbo2 phone and there IT people say it's not them. I tried everything and it will not work just goes back to user name and password screen

Whenever I have an urgent need to look into one of my accounts, there is an error. The call 24 line for the bank doesn't work either when this happens. So basically you're screwed.

My Google Pixel doesn't work with this app. It sits on the "Loading..." screen whenever I attempt to check balances on my account. Please fix up the app a little bit! It could use the updates!

Always crashes when i try to mobile deposit. Sounds like this has been am issue for a long time. Time to fix the app!

Impossible to deposit a check, either screen goes black, or get unable to connect to camera error.

Freezes during mobile check deposit. Registers as Mal ware during security scans.

Never had a problem. Mainly just use it to check balances and transfer money from accounts. You have to verify the device you use it on and it always logs you out which are both a plus in my book.

Causes camera not to work in any app and will not launch camera in app for mobile deposit.

Camera freezes and i can never deposit a check. Awful!!

Always unable to reach server

Half the time I want/need to use my online banking app it cannot connect to server.

Please fix app

Check deposit FIXED. App no longer crashes. Back to being a great app! Thanks!

Can't use it

I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use the app. I never had issues before the upgrade, does the same thing on my tablet. Called tech support no help. I hope it's fixed soon. It's now the 28 and it still don't work. Let's get this fix. JAN 5 FINALLY GOT IT FIXED. Will see how long it works now

I installed the update to this app and now I get the login screen where I can enter my username and password. After doing so it just sits at signing in and never does anything else. I have a Samsung s5 with android OS. Please correct. Thanks!

This updated is beyond horrible after having a circle spin around for 10 minutes and not logging in I uninstalled and now check my bank account from online! Please go back to the old version never had any problems!

Dec 2015 update was inoperable on my Android phone for months. Funds transfer stopped working on my Android tablet after March 2016 update.

Not connecting to server? Not accepting my password and not letting me change it? This update just ruined everything!

Kees saying it cannot connect to server. Why is that?! It was going well yesterday, but today its trash!!! FIX IT!!!!

The app has done everything it's supposed to for me. I love being able to deposit checks and transfer money from my Nexus 6P. For me, there are no longer any issues with the app worth mentioning.

Had this app working quite well, but has come up as malware the last few days. Uninstalled app, then reinstalled, but still coming up as a Trojan. Hope it gets fixed, since it was working well.

This app works when I need it and works as advertised. Who could ask for anything more.

This app did work great but now after the update, it doesn't work at all. WAY TO GO GUIENIS. I want you on my team. Fix this immediately I'm leaving credit union!!!!

It worked very well until the new december update. Now i cant even log in. Ugh. SO frustrating. Must fix! I NEED to be able to handle my finances through this app. Considering switching credit unions because of this inconvenience.

I used this app often until I received the new update. Ever since then I have been receiving inaccurate information regarding my balance. I have to log in to find out what my balance is and what my withdrawals have been. Please fix this.
