The CCU mobile app is designed with a tablet-first approach and a unified look across mobile and tablet devices.
This app includes features such as:
• Threaded messaging
• CCU Mobile Deposit (Consumer only)
• Tablet specific app
• Enhanced ATM locator
In order to sign up for Mobile Deposit, go to californiacu.org and sign into CCU Online Banking. From there select Mobile Deposit Enrollment, from the Services menu. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and then you can begin to use it on the CCU APP. CCU Mobile Deposit is not available for business members.
With CCU Mobile Deposit you can now deposit checks from the comfort of your own home using your iOS or Android device. Enter the amount of the check, take a picture of the front and back (don’t forget to endorse the check) and hit submit. That’s it! Our systems will process the checks and you will see your deposit immediately in your account. Be aware that hold times and limits may apply.
We have also updated the branch and ATM locator service. You can now see CCU branches or ATMs close to you as well as other CO-OP Network surcharge-free ATMs in your area. (You must allow location services through your device for this feature.)
As before, you can also:
• Pay bills
• Transfer funds
• Check balances and account history
• Send secure messages
I'm trying to transfer funds from my checking to savings and the button to submit it isn't working, smh
I only use to deposit checks and yes, it is a great convenience but could really use some tweaking as I usually have to go through the whole process at least 3 times for every check. It's very persnickety. If the issue is simply the photo, then let us retake the photo without having to enter all the info each try.
I can't seem to use app on my phone or tablet. On my tablet it won't even open and on my phone I can't input the check amount. It is very frustrating.

Can't find mobile banking or deposit
You can't even log on with many passwords. It won't correctly read symbols from phones. If you try too many times you will be locked out of all on line banking.

It tells me to enroll in online banking so I attempt to do that and my account doesn't even show up in the Main Account section? Don't you all want your money? I'm trying to pay you and you make that the difficult part? The app and the website is way behind on the times.
Love the bank, but this app just feels like a graduation project instead of a fully functional consumer product. I'm running on nexus 6, and it feels like there's an artificial slowdown happening. There seems to be a 2 second delay on all actions without a good reason. There is no loading bars to indicate that the app is loading or if it froze. EVERYTHING about the way the interface is setup is unconventional. Please follow Google's material design guidelines and stop trying to re-invent a bicycle.
The app works to check balances but has the mobile deposit feature missing. Hopefully your tech engineers figure that part out before you roll out any further updates.
I can only login through a web browser, inputting my password in the app only tells me it's an incorrect password, even though I logon to the web version with the exact same password.
No mobile deposit feature. So behind the times.
Works fine on my Nook, but not my phone which I need because it has a camera. On the phone, it goes to the title page with the "logging on" bar. Once the bar is full, it does nothing else.
Slow app please go back to the old version easier to understand and access but other then that its a great app is very very useful

Updated phone number at bank but app still shows old number to send access code locked out of my account smh very disappointed with this suppose upgrade
Read the email. You have to log into your account from a pc and accept the agreement. The link will then appear in your mobile app. My only suggestion, work on improving the bill pay...no need for a giant payee buttons that takes up half of the screen.
So you want to call me with an access code, but when you do call it's dead air for 31 seconds... 5 different times! Thanks for locking me out of my account with a supposed upgrade.
Was really looking forward to the mobile deposit feature but can't find it... Went through the whole app and nothing... Fix ASAP....
This app doesn't even work anymore. Everytime I try to log in it keeps saying it's a server error. Ugh it's frustrating I can't even check my balance or anything.
My phone is frozen. It keeps going to the same place.
App is not updated. There is absolutely no Check Deposit button ATM locator.
I honestly liked the old version better. I can't even log in anymore. It tells me there is an error and to try again.
Won't open. Ugrade was such a downgrade.
App did not work. It stays there was a problem with CCU server.
After the update a few days ago (2014-11-24 now), this app became top notch... They added some crucially important features: now there is an exit button, u can pay bills, and the GUI has been completely overhauled. It's so good that now I rather do my banking from my phone all the time!
You really need to add a check deposit feature like ASAP!
Nice newer look. Just needed to read email about signing up for mobile deposit on my computer to have it available in the app.

I uninstalled it. Until it gets check depositing I will not use it. I can do everything through my browser!
Either don't have an app or design it to work. Do you realize how frustrating it is to have an awesome phone but can't really use it because the app is useless?
My man helped me open up an account. So far I have had help, in person and on line. The quality of service is very good.
Always helpful to special ed assistants like myself! Even when taking time off from LA school district
Wish you could deposit checks via cam shot. When this happens it gets a 5 star

This is a good app but everytime I try to type in a new password it keeps giving me a password error even with the stipulation of an uppercase letter with some numbers its ridiculous I keep getting the password error everytime I try to change my password this needs to be fixed
