Bank of the Pacific Mobile

The app is horrible. The interface is a joke and doesn't function properly the majority of the time. I have to log in twice for it to actually login to my account info. Depositing checks has become a joke. They have double deposited my online checks. They denied online checks yet still deposited them and they are charging more than one online deposit fee for single check deposits. The bank is full of incompetent workers who should be fired because they can't do simple tasks. Stay away from from this bank!

This sucks. At least the old version worked every time. This version makes me log in multiple times before it actually goes to my account at least when it works at all. Most of the time it crashes. Fix it!

It asks every time I log in for a secure access code. I have all my settings on that allows for cookies to be saved. So I am not sure why it asks this every time. Very frustrating.

It won't let me log in at all now. This is a very bad thing, my husband is in alaska fishing and this app was supposed to be his way to deposit money into our account. This needs to be fixed

Let's me log in 1 out of 10 times and it's getting pretty frustrating. Get it together. Sooner rather than later.

Like multiple other users, I am having login issues. App hangs up on login and will not continue regardless of how long I wait. Every time I want to use this app I have to uninstall, then reinstall and it works then. This is beyond ridiculous.

Gets stuck on the "logging on" screen. Worthless app if you can't use it!

The newest release really is quite slow and was better before the update. Not happy with it at all.

Worked just fine, until some changes were made. Now it's useless, except to check balances. If you try to do anything else it just stalls and gives you blank page.

Works ok, could use material design

App is fine for checking balances, mobile deposit shouldn't take more than a couple hours. Way too long! I know that doesn't have anything to do with the app, just an annoyance. Bank needs more than 1 deposit person. App takes a while to load sometimes. Note 4.

It worked good till they tried to improve it. Now I can't get it to do anything!!

It is a okay app let's you see your balance and basic things... would be nice to see better features though

Terrible after recent update, log in problems with correct passwords and such.

After the last update this app is slow to log in. Like the old version alot better, and it's even slow on my boyfriends phone so it isn't just me

I appreciate the additional security of online enrollment before the app can retrieve my banking information.

Update sucks i have now mobile accessibility now :(

Good app but you have to configure from your on-line banking account. The app is not just install and use from your mobile device.
