Doesn't let me do any of the things the app says it can do.. not impressed

Doesn't work anymore. Logs me in and then freezes on the home screen. Won't let me even log out of the app anymore. Seriously terrible.

Easiest way to keep track of my accounts. Love the internal transfer options and alerts.

Before the update, this app was great! Now it's clunky and extremely hard to navigate. Whenever I'm scrolling through my transactions, the side menus pop out of nowhere and I end up clicking on something I don't want! Why fix something that isn't broken!?

This app freezes at the log in screen and never logs you in.

Have to log in twice every single time I want to log on. And every single time I first try to log in it says "Unfortunately BNH Mobile has stopped" it's very annoying and needs to be fixed.

This app sucks always says it's logging you in and nothing very frustrating don't waste your time

This app has a few useful features and great potential. The design is functional and appealing. My only major complaint is that it frequently fails to connect, but does not give any reason why. It would be nice if there was a message stating the cause of the error.

Works well enough and does what I need it to. One issue I have is when I select something from the side pull out menu. It seems to be slightly off and if I press too low on the box it will actually select the option underneath sometimes.

I like the app, easy to use but all of a sudden my vzw security scan shows the app as "suspicious" with quite a few potential threats.

Do not download! Threat detected on my phone threat / virus scan. That's not good, considering you input your personal / banking info.

Only app that has security concerns. Major problems be aware if you use. They need to fix this soon. Once this is fixed I would rate higher

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and use Firefox and have AVAST protection for my smart phone. I don't understand why so many negative comments when clearly, my phone isn't the most recent note galaxy, and it works GREAT! LOVE MY BANK, LOVE this app!♡

I use this app on both my phone and my tablet. It has always worked great on both. The new version released this month just continues that trend. No problems and makes using my business checking account a snap.

I always download this app on my phones! I've never had problems with it and I've had it on a few different kinds of phones, mistake Android. Works great and their security is strong! That's a ➕ in my book!

I am concerned, went to update this app and now my phone is saying this app is full of malware and I should uninstall it. Please look into this as I love to do mobile banking

I love this app! But they just did maintenance on it this morning and now I can't use it. Keeps telling me to "visit the play store". I thought it was to update it...but it wasn't. So I uninstalled and then installed it again...still isn't working. Please fix asap!!!

The Accept button just brings you either to the bottom of the page or back into the middle of the page. This 'NEEDS' to be fixed! It makes the app virtually unusable. And it isn't a software update issue on my phones part It doesn't need one I checked. It is a problem with the app itself on android

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've been using this app since the older version on my old Galaxy S4 and now my Galaxy Note 4 and I never have a problem with it. I love this app and it works great for transferring money between accounts. Easy to use. I love this bank.

The broken app is gonna make me change banks immediatley, need a bank that I can go mobile with

Might be my phone but this app is junk compared to the old version. The old one worked just fine. My 1 star = 0 UPDATE 01/29/2014 Now this app won't work at all for me after the last update! Thanks so much !

This App looks and runs incredibly poorly. I could develop a better app and I'm a IT major, not a programmer or app developer.

THIS IS THE WORST APP AND WORST BANK I HAVE EVEN BEEN APART OF. FIX THIS APP IT IS REDICULOUS
