I got a new phone, Samsung Galaxy S7, and every time I try to long in I gave to register my device. Never fails. Sometimes after entering the secure code the app goes back to the log in screen and have to go through the process over again.

This app has frustrated us from the beginning. We switched to A+ from Chase and never had these sort of problems with Chase's apps. The app takes us several tries to log in because it always crashes or doesn't load. The balances are not kept up to date and will disappear and reappear, causing innaccurate info. Because of this, we ended up overdrafting under the false assumption we had more money than we really had and ended up with a large fee! A+ refuses to take any responsibility for these apps issues.

Needs to fix the login problem. I've only been able to login maybe 10% of the time. All the other times it just freezes or kicks me out. I have to go to the website and login to view my stuff. It's ridiculous.

Can't complete mobile check deposits! With this latest security update you have disrupted the camera's ability to focus. You touch the screen, won't focus or zoom for finer detail. My husband and I have two totally different phones (Android & Apple), neither camera function works on your app. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. This is business impacting for many. Please fix this asap.

After this update I can't deposit checks through the app anymore. The camera won't focus on the check, it stays really blurry. Please fix it. Now it won't even open, if I want use the app I have to uninstall and install it again. This worked great until the update.

I've been trying to deposit a check using the app since I'm out of state, so visiting a branch is not an option and there is no deposit ATMs where I'm at. I've been trying to deposit a check for the past 2 days and I've been getting a message saying the bottom numbers of the checks can't be read. I can clearly see the account numbers as with other info of the check in the picture, but still get same message. I've tried different backgrounds, lighting and nothing. And there's no option to pull the picture from the phones pictures, so you have to use the app to take a picture of the check. You can't use your phones camera app and pull the image from the aplus app. Pretty frustrating trying to deposit a simple check.

Downloaded in order to deposit checks. It allows you to get to the step of taking photos of your check. It worked for awhile. The app then updated updated, now the camera will not focus. Agghhh. Cannot deposit checks!

Can rarely log on. If I actually get on, it won't deposit the check because it won't focus. Very disappointed in the ap.

This app is horrible not like it used to be. Every single time I try logging in it freezes and doesn't go through. It's super annoying.

I downloaded this app to be able to deposit checks. It doesn't work. Most things don't. Why have it available if nothing is going to work?

Not a bad app at all. Works hand and hand with their bank debit card, especially using it with the Samsung or Android Pay. I really like it!

Can no longer use bill pay on Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 after update. Cannot change date, set amount of payment, or method of payment.

This app used to work great, now you're constantly hoping to be able to login. Ridiculous.

This app needs serious improvement. It constantly freezes when I want to check my balance, which leave customers a bit disappointed.

Must reinstall everytime in order to deposit a check and re-register device. For some reason after I deposit 1 check, the focus feature on camera quits working and I must uninstall to fix it.

App crashes frequently and allows log in after about ten attempts if at all. Might just delete it and use the atm, this is horrible. Samsung on5 Tmobile

After your last update my phone can't even log into the app. It just sits in logging on mode, totally inconvenient.

When it works, it's good but it does sometimes take a few tries to get logged in. Mobile deposits sometimes have to be photographed multiple times before it works but it's not as bad as I feared when reading other reviews.

It makes the app unusable. Not being able to log in just makes the app wasted space.

Works okay if you only need to deposit one check. More than one check? Need to retake the front or back? Forget about it. The camera crashes and I have to reboot the phone. I also have a lot of trouble focusing on the backs of checks where there's very light print in the middle. The app won't let me choose the focus point (like on the signature). But, if you only have one check, don't mess up when taking the picture and don't mind rebooting your phone afterward, it's great!

Glitchy, freezes up, won't open camera for deposits. They need to fire their developer.

My other cell no problem with A+ .I upgraded cells!!! This phone doesn't work with the app. Stinks I'm taking this back to get cell that works with this app.

Find new developers please. A plus continues to be well behind the tech curve. The new update is all flash and poor functionality... I use a Galaxy s7.

Are you too busy to make it to the credit union to deposit a check? Well don't get an account at A+ because their apps are a huge fat failure, I have a Galaxy s7 and iPad Mini and have never been able to get remote deposit to work via their iOS app or via the Android app. Even better, it crashes my camera and I have to reboot my phone just to get the camera working again. If I could give zero stars I would.

The original app worked great, until it was recently updated. Now, half of the time it doesn't work at all. I constantly get "can't connect to server" messages. It is more frustrating than useful.

Worked great, quick to log on and off. Easy to read look stuff up. All around good till this past update. Transactions gave a description without having to press on it. Sucks!

Can't log in, can't view or transfer funds. It's the weekend and now they're closed. Fml

When it works, it's good, but half the time it will not let me log in.
