Seeing statements require switching to a pdf reader to verify the code they send you, but when you switch back to the app, it logs you out and makes the code invalid. Very counterintuitive

The app won't load if I'm not connected to Wi-Fi. If I work off mobile data, it just sits at the logo screen forever. I can't even put in my login info. This needs to be fixed now! And right now, I can't even transfer funds between account. I go through the motions and it says it went through and will be posted, but none of the balances change.

Older version worked great. Newer version won't load. Have tried installing various times, just shows emblem nothing else.

It did work after the new update, but now it just sits at the first load screen and never loads. It is just stuck and then I guess freeze.

Worked before recent updates. Now it just sits on the load screen. Will up rating if it ever gets fixed. Using Galaxy s5

When I go to open it now it stays at the intro screen. It won't load the login screen it has never done that before and it happens every time I open this app now.

Broken app. Wont load. Please test ur apps before releasing it to ur customers.

All it does is show the emblem and that's it nothing else!! Needs to be fixed ASAP! Very bad...

I have installed and uninstalled several times, only the face page there, unable to log in, have tried for 2 months

The new theme and features has really made things so much more enjoyable for a baking app. It's not plain and boring anymore it now has a since of style. Good job on the update!

Issues with Bill pay and logging on have been fixed

Was working fine, but now when I log in, the screen pulled up is blank and useless. I will try reinstalling to see if that fixes the problem.

Like I said great app. Not a lot to do within it but I can't exactly see what else you'd need. So bugs the only bug I've found is that when I go to put my password in it adds an extra character to the beginning of it thus rendering an incorrect password if you don't catch it.

It has come a long way since the first app! Does all I need and then some. Love the remote deposit feature! All works well on phones I have used including last three gen iphones, Galaxy S4, and Note 3.

They need to work on the deposit part. I have tried several times to make a deposit. It will say picture is blurry try again, when I can clearly see it. After about the 15 try I gave up. I use an app with another bank and have never had this issue.

There is no way to set up the account & the only u can get out is by hittn the home button. It asks for the id/psswd but I need to set it up first.
