I love the way the new upgrade feels! I have not experienced any issues with this app crashing on me, unlike the previous version. I love the fact that they allowed fingerprint authorization as well.

Please get push notifications instead of text banking options I prefer not to get my inbox flooded by notifications telling me I spent more than $1 at a restaurant or store I'd much rather have a push notification I can swipe away. UPDATE: UPGRADED to 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ because they added biometric login. Still wanting the push notifications though:)

The app doesn't work 4/5ths of the time, meaning I can't even log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I also redid the access codes to be able to use the app, every freakin' time. Logging in to the regular website through my mobile browser is faster and easier. The app frustrates me more than helps me. I would like a cleaner, less buggy app that actually does its job. I'm tired of messing with it. Please fix it.

Its very annoying. If I open the app, it will say that the app has stopped working so I have to click on the app icon again to get the sign on screen to come up. Then when I log in, nothing happens and I have to go back to the sign on screen and log in again. The new updated app is completely inconvenient. I am spending more time trying to log into my account than actually just glancing at my account! This needs to get fixed ASAP!!!

Functions horribly, but nice thought. 1. Every time the app updates I must re certify me and my phone, what a pain and turn off this is. 2. I have discovered the app is the fault with my late car payments, they were scheduled to take place at a later date, but never happened! Caused me thousands to catch up my loan and yet I am the bad guy in their eyes! No thank you or apology.

All good until the latest update. I can't get check deposit to work with my camera app. I have to make 1 deposit at a time, then restart my phone to make another deposit. Please fix? It was all good until the update. New feedback: back to 5 stars! Thank you for the update. Mobile check deposit is working again.

App is great, easy to use - when I can even log in!!! Which is not most of the time. When loading it gets stuck on "Logging In" and never gets past it to the part where it says "Loading Accounts". Uninstalling and reinstalling works sometimes, but not all of the time. Please fix!!!

Pull up the app, fill in the user name and PW and hit enter. it says logging in on a popup box and It go's back to the blank log in page. Needs to be fixed. older versions worked wonderfully

Haven't been able to log on to the app for weeks. Freezes on the loading screen. Extremely frustrating since I only use this app to deposit my paychecks.

This app is horrible. I can never log in on the first try. It always takes me anywhere from 3 to 6 tries logging in before it finally let's me access my account. This is not an app for fast access to your accounts.

This is been going on for months now and I'm very dissappointed. Should've already been fixed by now.

Please fix. Since the update I cannot use the app at all, it says it's loading my accounts but freezes up. I really need to be able to deposit checks without going to a service center. PLEASE FIX! :(

Doesnt work half the time and can NEVER get the check deposit option to work which is the main reason i downloaded it. Very disappointed!

My main complaint is the mobile deposit, make the flash work with the app, its very hard to get a clear image of a check without it, the app for my other bank that i run business transactions though has it so its obviously doable. as a contractor this feature is one i have come to rely on.

Issues with logging in often. Need to add support for Android fingerprint scanner like iOS.

It makes things so much easier being able to deposit checks using my camera and knowing what my balance is immediately

TOTAL BLOATWARE !!!!! Removing app need memory on phone do not understand why you do not support move to SD when it is such an easy thing to support.

I shouldn't have taken the TMOBILE software update. It rendered many needed apps bug ridden now. TTCU app is not up to date w software so the camera bug issue doesn't let me use mobile deposit. Please FIX ASAP!

I just updated the app because I was forced to, and now it won't let me log in or give me any option to go past the login screen. So much for convenience...

I've never had trouble with this app until this new update. Now when this app uses the camera to take pictures of checks being deposited, it freezes up after one check. Not only in this app, but in general. The phone must be restarted every time one check is deposited. This is particularly irksome if you're depositing more than one check at a time. Please fix this bug.
