Works well for me. I set up the alarm and the app myself. Logon is a couple of seconds which is acceptable. Not sure how other people are connecting but I have the panel connected via powerline ethernet to my router which is virgin media. Had to have my lan card replaced (under warranty) as it kept disconnecting itself. Had to hard reset panel to fix it!

Developer not answered email do I'll ask my question here. Apps good, no issues. However on iOS when alarm is activated an alert comes through that shouts "alarm activated" but on android, all I get is a normal notification sound. Why can't we have iOS type alerts so that we know alarm has sounded?

Great app. Does take some time to connect but this is due to the Security features. For people who are having problems with push notifications make sure the sliders are on. It's in the my Security part of the App in the settings (3 dots top left of the screen). The reason the security install sets up the notifications is because they are the liable party if it's set up wrong. If the end user had access and changed the settings so it no longer worked properly it could invalidate your insurance or maintenance contract with the company. Far more stable and reliable than the Risco equivalent

Used to work, since last update doesn't work on s3 running 4.4.4, higher than recommended, all get when try to log in say wrong password, entered on an s8 with exactly same details no problem, fix?

Crashes constantly, takes to long to login and set unset, clumsy user interface, consistently receive could not poll server..... Useless

Awful . Push notifications are sporadic at best..not a system to rely on... sensors constantly go off when there is a temperature differential in house.. Find a better alarm system guys....

Great app. I install these systems on a daily basis and they are spot on. This is why I chose the enforcer for my own home.

Worked for one day now won't even log in poor app

The push notifications have to be enabled via the Pyronix Cloud, but my security installer is the one who access to that. So when I install this in other divides I have to phone up my security company and ask them to change the notification settings. This is rediculus, it should be the end user who chooses what notifications they received. If this worked with IFTTT then it would be amazing.

Don't seem.to get audio notifications for alarm activations even though app set to override do not disturb. Recently noticed that you now only have past 12 hours at most of logfile. Needs to allow endusers to set notifications

Really slow to log in to set/unset and then you have to download the log which is only one day. Not anywhere near as good as the Risco freecontrol from app.

Latest update sorted out push notifications issue and friendly name returns.

Update last week has broke the notification s coming through

Reliable user friendly APP allowing setting/unsetting of Alarm system and control of system remotely, push notifications sent on Alarm, and other events if required.

No longer receive push notifications and have had no response to emails asking when this will be resolved.

Update: Since the update audible notifications now work again. Only thing i would suggest it being able to change the sound to something other than the default. Push notification audible alerts used to work fine on Android v6, however since upgrading my phone to v7 these no longer work. I only get the lock screen notifications and even these disappear. Also the app has a poor choice of configurable options.

App is not sending notifications since last week... Also the envelope icon to view these has disappeared! When the app works its good but without notifications, seems a bit pointless!!

Works ok using the Security function, however when viewing the camera the app crashes. also having trouble adding the camera to my existing pyronix cloud, any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Instant Alerts are now showing System ID, not friendly System Name any more. For example - 'ajwxyz' armed by user1 v 'Home' armed by user1 etc...

Needs to support history of notifications so can display multiple notifications in android notification bar , as currently only displays the last one! Also really need a way to pick what sound we want for notifications.

The video camera access crashes the app when you try and access a camera on Android 6.01

On Samsung S7 edge, I do not get the audible alarm notifications andI do not have the tick box access to enable/disable sensors.

Works great, little slow to connect which ain't so bad but push notifications don't work. They did initially but after a few days they stopped. Only use it to unset in the morning when I wake up, fob used at all other times.

It takes a very long time for the app to connect and get to the point where you can set/unset it. Also throws you out after you set or under. Needs improvement yo be useful

It takes over 15 seconds for me to log into my system at home, which is far too long especially if I want to use the app to disarm my system when returning home. Each time I arm and disarm my system the app disconnects from my system which is annoying as I have to sign in again to confirm if arming / disarming has succeeded.

Don't get any audio alarm using samsung galaxy s7 edge with the latest firmware installed. Is there a fix coming???

Only annoying thing is why can't I dismiss the notification without going into the app? Also I don't have the sliders / tick box's on the sensors page...

Solid App but needs integration to add value.... when Alarm is armed Arlo cameras arm etc etc

Not compatible with rooted devices, er what! Why?
