Magazine does not load beyond 20-30 pages even in 3G. Pages of previous magazine get mixed up. No action taken on complaints. Subscription money has gone waste as I am not able to complete a single issue.

I've installed & removed the app many times as I'm unable to log into the app. But, I'm able to log into the puthiyathalaimurai website with same credentials. I've already subscribed for the magazine. Now, I'm unable to read them. It's totally frustrating and disappointing.
